Clean and convenient

Apartment was clean, quiet and located near our son and family. Rarely heard anything of the neighbors after we were in for the night. Apartment was just as pictured. The pool wasn’t spotless, but our stay also was during hurricane Helene. So there was some leaves etc for a couple days.. as would be expected. We requested a toaster and one was delivered the next day! Great response! A suggestions shared with the host. A non slip mat for the tub/ shower.. Another suggestion, as with most rentals we’ve been in.. a recliner or 2 or a couch with recliners on each end.. coffee table or end table would also be good.. but as I stated 4 of the last 5 we rented this would be a great addition, making it comfortable to watch tv at night or with morning coffee. Enjoyed our stay!

sufficient

the couches are small and uncomfortable. during the day, the air conditioning makes a terrible noise. thankfully, it was fine at night. no reading lamp by the bed. otherwise the place was fine.

We came for the AAU Regionals Track & Field Competition. As my baby girl was competing in multiple events I need a place that was very quiet & very close to the event site so we can just crawl in & crash after a long bot day. This place brought it all! Exactly what you see is what you get with some personal touches and a homey feeling. Communication from the host was super fast and easy. Perfect location for everything you need. I will definitely choose this place again. Thank you for having us.

Nice, quiet stay

Place was very clean, nice area, very comfortable bed. Very basic kitchen suppies. A dresser and some end tables would be nice and a bit more communication would have been nice. No hot tub at the complex, no instructions on accessing the pool. Nice neighbors and very dog friendly area. Overall a nice place to stay, a few small improvements would make it even better.

Could be improved

I reached out to owner to get the WiFi password and did not get an answer. Finally got it off the router. Excellent location and very clean, but accommodations could be improved by a dresser in the bedroom (there was only a bed; no table top, a suitcase rack, a toaster, a tea kettle (some to heat water in, a frying pan. Also leaking kitchen trap and no way to tell the owner. No instruction on how to leave.
