With two king bedrooms, two twin beds in a third room and a sleeper sofa in the luxurious den, this spacious condo has room for eight guests to stay comfortably.


The large kitchen has everything you need to create a gourmet meal, and the granite breakfast bar makes for quick meal or snack service.


The patio is great for sunset cocktails, and you and your guests will love all the great amenities that Vista Cay Resort has to offer.


Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

It’s always nice to have the luxuries of home when on vacation! The condo was nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pool bar. We were traveling with our 15 month old son and the condo had a high chair, pack and play, and an umbrella stroller all available for use! Our son loved the park, we enjoyed a few walks on the nature trail and his favorite was all the resident squirrels! Parking and access to the building was easy.

Had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay in Orlando. Location was perfect if you're in Orlando for any events at Orange County Convention Center. Overall my group agreed we would stay here again!

Great place!

Beautiful and spacious condo! The condo was large and met our needs as a family with three kids. The amenities and pool were amazing. Loved having a washer and dryer. The communication was top notch. The only minor complaint would be the carpet was separating from the tile in the kitchen and a tack strip got our feet a couple times. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Exceptional Property

From renting to departure was so easy. This rental is beautiful and perfect size for a family. The neighborhood is very quiet with activities on-site. Having ride share pick us up and food delivered was convenient. We are already planning our next trip to this property.

Great place in a great location

This was the perfect place for our famly spring break getaway. The location could not have been more convenient to the airport, Universal, and Disney. The living areas were perfect for our family of 5. The check-in/check-out process from foolproof. We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Orlando.

Everything we needed

The property is spacious, and has all the conveniences of home. Plenty of towels, every kitchen apparatus that we needed. Very clean. Location was perfect. We always stay at Vista Cay when in Orlando. This stay my parents came along to go to the Theme parks with the grandbabies, and my sister decided to make an appearance too. With 5 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of room. No one felt on top of anyone. We did bring an extra TV so the kids could set up their video games in the den area while the adults took over the living room and chatted. (There are TVs in every bedroom, this was just easier for us). The layout is wonderful, I much prefer this layout to some of the others we have stayed in. The extra den area is a nice touch, gives the kids a place to hang out as well.

Location is nice The sofa is stained and it has small bugs The same bugs were in the master bathroom and twin bedroom Kitchen didn’t have measuring spoons or measuring cups as well as basic 9x13 or square baking pans
