- Limit of 6 vehicles per unit.
- Vehicles parked on the street must face the correct direction (passenger side to curb) so as to not be parked against the flow of traffic.

- Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas.
- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.
- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.
- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

Family Vacation

Exceeded my expectations. My family and I rented this home in July and the pictures do not do this home justice. It was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with appliances, towels and a nice gift basket. We had a minor issue with the stove and tv. I emailed the property manager and they responded swiftly. They sent someone out and resolved the issue. My only regret is that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the onsite amenities such as the Waterpark but thats more reason for me to return in the future.

Very cold/uninviting

First of all I would like to start off saying I will never book a Vrbo that isn’t owned by a person! This house is owned and ran by a company and is non-informative! We were sent an email stating we needed to go to an address to register all members over 18 in our party for everyone to even be able to go into the neighborhood! We drove to the address and there was nothing there! After driving for hours you really just want to be able to get into the house and we ended up having to call management and it took about 15-20 mins to be able to get everyone on the list and onto the property! When we first went into the house we were happy to be there and the game room was the main reason I rented this place for the kids! After everyone got settled in we started noticing pieces of bacon all over the floor over 20 pieces of bacon crushed! Another room had candy on the floor behind a door and the living room had pieces of chips all under the coffee table! The main thing we were concerned with though that the access to the attic was up and Crooked being able to see up in the attic! Very poor communication on the managements part! Next day we woke up with cock roaches on the night stand clothes and water bottle in the one room! Sent a bug guy to spray! But again never heard from them again after the guy sprayed! Never told us where to put trash, what the WiFi was or anything about the house! Very limited kitchen items and very few towels for a 27people no wash cloths!Don’t recommend

Memorial weekend Getaway

Spent the weekend here with my family. It was a great experience we had an amazing time! The house was very accommodating everyone had their own space. The best part was the garage/game room. Checking in process was also very smooth. If there was anything I’d change would be that the pool was cold, but overall I Will love to return
