We had such a lovely holiday. The house was well stocked and the host was so delightful and kind. There was an issue with getting into the neighborhood due to high traffic during check in times and a mix up with the code to get in which delayed check in but the host quickly got a handyman out even in the crazy traffic to fix it. The grandkids had an amazing time! Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Overall the house was very nice and accommodating for my family.....some of the amenities weren't working or were broken, i'm assuming due to prior guests.....the check in process didn't go as smooth as i would have liked it.....we literally had to wait 20-30 mins to get access after having to travel 2 hours and it being after 10pm with a group of kids.....communication with the host wasn't very good either however none of the before mentioned concerns would keep me from visiting again

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Upon arrival, we noticed how meticulously clean the property was. The bedrooms were very comfortable even the bunk beds that our small kiddos had us squeeze in with them on some nights. We loved the addition of optional white noise machines in each room.So many safety features from the gated community, pool gate, door alarms that added an extra layer of protection with small kids.We throughly enjoyed visiting The Oasis Club & The Retreat waterpark and appreciated the access to all of the amenities they offer (gym, arcade, etc).Maria was a delightful host, giving clear and reasonable check-in and check out instructions and making sure we enjoyed our experience & even addressed our 1 small issue promptly. We will certainly return!

Maria gets a 10/10 as a host, open to communication, suggestions and she response quickly. The family enjoyed the house so much that they even asked if we could extend one more day. I messaged Maria and within an hour based on the availability she was able to extend it with an accommodating price, THANK YOU MARIA! We love to cook, meaning a well equipped kitchen is always appreciated. This one was spot on. We even baked during our stay. The 2 refrigerators were a mega plus. Pool and hot tub absolutely GREAT! The theater room has comfortable chairs and sits 9 people. The family enjoyed it so much! This house has no carpets, what a delight! The theater room does have one, perfect for the feel and ambiance of the room! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The highchair and playpen was a nice touch. We only had one baby in our group, everyone else were adults and young adults. The game room was nice and appealing! We had a blast every time we were there! I recommend this house to big families, it feels like home away from home. Book it - don’t think about it.
