This LUXURIOUS 7-bedroom family and friends' home was built in the Fall of 2014. The home has flat screen tv's, free Wi-Fi, cable tv and local calls included in the price of the rental.
The pool and spa may be heated at an additional price.
Outdoor dining is available, and a BBQ grill is provided free of charge to all guests! Plus relax outdoors enjoying the home's beautiful lake view.
The garage has been converted into a Game Room with a billiards table, basketball hoop and foosballs!
Spacious kitchen and dining room area with an open concept.
Each room is fully stocked with fresh linens and towels for your arrival washed and satanized by a professional laundry company.

Our Stay

Property needs exterminating for roaches and bugs. Pool was full of bugs, I requested someone to come and clean it but I received no response to my request. We were not allowed to fish in the lakes. Pool table no good. My daughters car got towed because her car was not pulled up far enough from the sidewalk. Parking instructions should be more detailed.

Not pleased with property

Property was not properly cleaned. Pool area had hair and debris on the deck . Coffee maker had old grounds that were moldy. Tvs didnt work but tgey did send a maintenance man to fix . Grill and keycard was listed but was not there. I made them aware of this but never given a reason why they werent there.

We enjoyed our stay.

Big enough house to accommodate everyone close to Disney and all the parks. The children really enjoyed the pool. Easy check in and safe gated community.

Great place!

We had an amazing time here, our family was comfortable (7) and our kiddos enjoyed the pool and the location was great to all of the parks. We will definitely recommend! Also the communication between the company and us was superb!!

Somewhat great !

The house in general was great , but there were two things that kicked us off . First , was the pool which we paid for the heat and it wasn’t working at all meaning we didn’t even use the pool . Second, parking in the driveway and near the clubhouse . We had our cars being towed at least 3 to 4 times a week due to not parking correctly , or having guest at the house for about 10 minutes , or even having our guests or people staying at the house parking at the club house . Towing their cost is expensive . Their were times that our cars were parked correctly , but somehow the security thought it was nice to stop by and give a ticket and then towing . Just be prepared for the ups and downs !

Perfect stay for large group.

My only complaint would be how dirty the carpet was. And in the parking rules should include guest are not permitted to park over the side walk. We had four vehicles and one was towed because it was parked too far back. Other than that my experience was good.

Please read before renting!!

The house is nice as in the pictures, however, it was dirty, very dirty, dead bugs on all the windows, we cleaned up majority of it, there was also dead and alive bugs on the lights over the kitchen counter, in which I took pictures and showed it to the manager who was super nice and very attentive to the most part. The ac downstairs was not working properly in which the house was at 82 degrees and the room down stairs felt like 90 degrees because there was no air circulating even with the vents open, they had a fan in there in which they already knew it was hot and never told us anything. We paid for the pool to be heated as well as the jacuzzi spa and nothing, that was the whole purpose of the numerous messages back and forth prior to us arriving for us to have it up and running, since I suffered a knee injury. The pool and the jacuzzi was green, and it looked like they tried to clean(shock it) before we got there but as it rained the following day it was a dark green from the Algae growing. I live in south Florida and I have a pool and a jacuzzi in my house , I have a pool maintenance man that service my pool once a week in the summer and in the winter once every 2 weeks and even with the rain, hurricane or the grass that might go in my pool when we cut the grass my pool have NEVER been green. It’s poor maintenance. They charge you for cleaning the house but I did more cleaning than the cleaning person they hired and I feel like I should be getting something back in return for us cleaning the house and for the air conditioning not working throughout the whole 4 days we stayed there. I was told I would get my money back for the heating of the pool of $75 that was from October 10th and I still haven’t got that back yet either. It’s sad because we trust these websites and we communicate with them prior to our visit and nothing!!!! It’s all about the money!!! Not to mention that the refrigerator was also leaking water, I was told someone was suppose to come out to fix the leak and the air conditioning and no one never came. I’m pretty sure they are going to reply with some slick comments. Like I’ve seen them do on previous reviews. When I rent housed like these it’s because I have a similar house like this as well and I look at it as a home away from home.. I even showed the property manager my pool and how big and blue it is and even mentioned to him that I also own a cleaning company and this was unacceptable. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Overall good, but a few things need work

The pool area needs to be power washed, and the patio furniture is old and dirty. There are many big stains on the carpet staircase and upstairs,so a deep shampoo is needed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Dissappointment

Upon arrival we noticed the carpets were all heavily stained, holes in the wall, the back slider door was not on its track properly so was difficult to open and close, master bedroom door was split down the middle and the refrigerator shelves were cracked to the point one actually snapped off during our stay. Day 2 we had to call to turn the pool heater on after requesting and paying for it to be heated, it then took all day to heat it. Day 3 was great...we spent the day at the heated pool! Day 4 we woke up to a pool green with algae. It took 3 days and 3 different people coming to clear it up. Day 7 we were able to enjoy the pool again. Day 8 we went home. It was handled with apologies and zero sense of urgency. We were able to enjoy 2 out of our 8 day stay on our only vacation for the year.

Good Evening, As we draw to a end of our vacation. First, thanks for opening the home to us. This was a grand first experience for my family. Sadly, within minutes of us landing to FL we received a call from your office informing us that the home wasn't ready. When we arrived at 05:20 p.m. the maid was still at the home. As we entered their was a language barrier with the maid. She was able to phone your office. At that point I voiced some concerns.... The home was large enough for the 13 of us yet, wasn't clean enough sadly. Here's a list of items that we noticed: *The bathroom tubs had dirt rings * The master bathroom had a creak in the door. A pic was sent on ou first day * The trash cans were filled * There were unopened adult beverages on side of the house and in the game room * The beds (HARD) were uncomfortable *The stair case wasn't dusted * Carpet needs to be cleaned: lots of stains * Got water tank didn't accommodate all of us; some us had to take cold showers * When I reported some these findings via phone of day 1 I was promised: a manager would call me regard my concerns sadly that didn't happen. Due to family time I didn't feel it was fair to us to conduct this matter considering it'sour first family vacation. Please, take this notice into consideration. I hope to hear from your office soon on this matter.

My group of people loved this house! We had a great time and the location was great. Would definitely stay here again. The property manager was super helpful and the community was super nice.

Nice property!

This home was very nice and had lots of amenities such the pool table and foosball table and high chair. However, there were definitely areas for improvement. The “hot tub” was colder than the pool and after many attempts we could not get it to heat up at all. There were flies everywhere...it could have been because of the trash that was not removed from the previous renters which was maggot infested and disgusting on the outside of the house. The iron was broken, when we went to use it the entire face fell off. When the home was initially booked it was listed with 4 king sized beds but that was not true there was only 1 king size bed the others were full and or queen sized. Overall the property was nice and our family enjoyed our time there.

Super clean and spacious

Super nice home spacious and clean only had a little trouble with the tv cable but nothing major we almost didnt had time to see tv with such a nice house and pool to enjoy. We rented it for 13 nights and we were really happy definitely recommend it and surely looking forward to next year renting it again.😉😉😉😉😉
