Stunning 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Home with, South Facing Pool in Highly Sought after Windsor Hills Resort. This house is only ONE of a handful with an EXTRA LARGE pool area allowing seating allowing seating all around the pool. Pool lanai has a TV.
On the first level, the sixth bedroom with a private bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Downstairs is the family and living rooms and a dining area that comfortably seats 6. Upstairs you will find two master suites with private bathrooms. There are three additional bedrooms: one with a King double bed and two with two bedrooms with twin beds. All bedroom) have a cable TV! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a cable TV, DVD, You can relax with the additional living room. The garage has been converted into a games room with a slate-bed pool table and darts games. We provide free WiFi. The Clubhouse and resort pool is a 5 minute walk. BOOK TODAY.

The gated community: Some of the magnificent features of this 24-hour Man-Gated community include a luxurious heated lagoon-style pool with fountains, waterslides, water jet and a Jacuzzi, children’s water play area with water slides and a separate toddle pool, lot of cushioned loungers, and many more features to enjoy as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The lighted tennis, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area. Next to it, there’s a fabulous “Castle” play area and children’s playground. The unique, castle themed playground has something for everyone. A dragon guards the drawbridge over the moat and once inside, children and imaginations run wild! Whether it’s a quiet game of jumbo chess or rescuing a damsel in distress from the castle dungeon, boys and girls of all ages are sure to find a one of a kind play experience and they will come back again and again.
Communal Clubhouse : The amazing clubhouse over-looking the pool has a game room, HD movie theatre, state of the art fitness centre, and has billiards tables, and a video game area, a sundry shop (now with bar), and other outdoor recreational activities such as outdoor poolside ping pong, all surrounding the heated Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool with waterslide! The clubhouse and lagoon hot tub area are set next to a beautiful wetlands area, amidst lush tropical landscaping throughout the whole resort.

Spacious, perfect for the 9 of us with lots of room to spare. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms! The resort is also very nice. Lots to do.

Fantastic Host Communication-Great House for large group

The Host was amazing with communication prior to and during our stay! The house worked out really well for us. We had a group of 8 adults in the house and two, 3-5 y/o, so it was busy! The house is well appointed and had the necessities for us to cook during our stay, relax, use the pool, etc. The parking can be a challenge, so coordinate with the Host in advance of your stay.

Great stay.

We had a great stay at this home in Windsor Hills. We had 10 people and the house is so big we always had lots of room. Property owner and Manager are very quick to reply. House pool area was great with a large deck area and Windsor hill’s amenities are awesome. Overall a great stay. Looking forward already to our next stay.

The good and the bad

We stayed here for a period of 2 weeks, with the family joining us for a 9 day period of that stay. First the good, the location, the swimming pool, most of the appliances (except the useless dishwasher) the beds were ok, air con was good, the resort Windsor Hills is outstanding. The property location is close to the Disney parks and offers a wide selection of food shopping, fast food outlets, souvenir shops and the like nearby. The bad unfortunately was fairly extensive as well. The bathrooms are all showing mould, rust and a lot of wear and tear on the showers, tubs etc. and the upstairs shower pans are cracked and dirty. Some pieces of furniture such as the bonded leather dining room chairs were disintegrating with pieces of material hanging loosely and several burned out bulbs. While the collection of dishes is extensive, the pans are likely a health hazard in some cases as the non stick coatings are scratched off and presumably leaching chemicals into your food. They badly need to be replaced although they were a good quality when new Several pictures of the property led us to believe there was a BBQ on site, as the general description of the property mentions a grill amongst its contents but the “grill” turned out to be a beaten up tabletop electric appliance and not a BBQ, forcing us to rent one through an external supplier. I noted adjoining rentals all seemed to include a BBQ with the property.. some misleading advertising in my mind and an additional cost

Needs lots of maintenance

Parking is a mess on property and property manage not available after 1 on Saturday and not at all Sunday and Holidays. All toilets leaked main toilet broke and could not reach property manager. All shower floors are mushy and squeak loud enough that they wake the house. Supplied 1 roll TP each bath, 1 roll paper towels, etc so plan to get your own soaps, paper products, etc. House needs lots of maintenance!!!!

Disney vacation

Place was located close to all the Disney parks. The gated community was awesome with lots to do for our little ones. The house needed some TLC as far as cleanliness as the fans were covered in dust & there was some mould in the showers. We were travelling with a 3 year old and 7 month old and it was disconcerting to find a small blue pill on the carpet in the front bedroom upstairs. Would have been nice to have a couple of blankets for the couch. Overall it was a really nice property and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay at Windsor Hills

First, I would like to say that the owner, Paul Rudkin, has a wonderful house to rent. It is very clean and has all that you need - even strollers to use for trips to Disney. The pool attached to the house is a plus after a day at the parks and the water park that is within walking distance was great for the children as well as the adults. Second, I would definitely recommend this house as it is soooooo near Disney - just off route 4 and west on 192. Walmart is close and has all you need. Sleeping quarters and all cooking materials were excellent. Our pool was heated and that we really appreciated.

Awesome location and host!

This is the perfect location for an Orlando vacation. The house was close to all of the parks we visited during our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our “rest” days so we could entertain the kids without leaving the property. The host was great to respond to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The only reason we did not score it a 5 all the way across the board were the showers. We felt like they were pretty dated which made them appear as if they were not as clean. Other then that the property was amazing! We traveled with 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space.

Highly recommend this stay!

We had multiple families staying and it was great to each have our own bathrooms and areas in the house. Large main area for gathering together. Location was great for accessing the parks. It was also nice to stay away from the parks and have the private pool for winding down after busy days!

Great Home - everything we wanted

We've rented vacation homes for 15+ years, and this was the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, you can tell it's a well cared for home. We'll definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

Great location and ample size

We had a great vacation. The only thing I would mention that is negative is that there was nothing like coffee filter, extra toilet paper, soap, paper towel, laundry detergent, I mean just starting supply that of course we plan on going to the store but it would’ve been nice if we didn’t have to do immediately, especially if arriving late???

Wonderful Home

This is our 4th year using rental properties to visit Disney and this one was by far the best experience! It was super close to all the parks. Paul is so wonderful and his property management was fantastic for any needs that came up during our stay. I definitely recommend this home!

The Perfect Place…

Staying at this property was the best decision. Paul was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect. His responses was quick, which I liked a lot. The property itself was big, very spacious and clean. We simply enjoyed our time there.
