The Space:

Soft Florida light filters across your private outdoor space as you step toward the pool for a refreshing morning dip. Inside, a spacious living area invites you to slow down, gather with family, or settle into a quiet corner after a day of exploring nearby Orlando attractions. Evenings drift easily between the game room, the Star Wars TV room, and the comfort of your own indoor and outdoor dining areas.



Sleeping arrangements

This home features 6 spacious bedrooms designed to accommodate large groups comfortably. Downstairs offers 1 bedroom with access to a shared full bathroom, while upstairs includes 5 additional bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. With 9 beds throughout the home, there is space for everyone to unwind between full days at Disney World, Universal Studios, or other top attractions.



Indoor living

The living room provides generous seating where the whole family can relax together. A dedicated movie room with bean bag chairs and a popcorn machine creates an easy setting for film nights, while the game room provides foosball and air hockey for friendly matches. Essential comforts include air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances gives you the option to cook meals at home, supported by cooking basics and plenty of room to prepare and enjoy food. Indoor dining areas are complemented by spacious spots outside, allowing you to choose how you gather each day.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
