Family Xmas Trip

We booked the house for 14 nights throughout the Christmas holidays. We were 8 adults and 5 children. The house was large enough for all of us. There was enough seating with the kitchen island and the dining room table for all of us to enjoy our meals and play games.The game room was a big hit and we all enjoyed some time playing different games.The location was close to Walmart, Shopping, and Restaurants.A 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Walt DisneyThe house was clean and all the items required were supplied.We did have an issue with the pool but it was quickly rectified when we contacted the owner. Please remember when booking the house, the hot tub/pool is a two in one. You will not get the hot tub HOT as its a spa pool and not a stand alone hot tub. Being from the North, we are used to having our hot tubs at 98-102 degrees. This spa will reach a max of 90 which was still very enjoyable.Roger is extremely helpful and always quick to reply. He is professional and also left us a bottle of bubbly to ring in the new year. I would definitely recommend this rental for small and big families.

Orlando stay

We planned our trip to spend 3 days in Orlando before cruising out of Port Canaveral. We had our family of 7, grandma and my sister’s family. This 6 bedroom/5.5 bedroom house was perfect for all of us! The kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. It was conveniently close to Universal and Cape canaveral.

Great for large families and excellent location

Property is beautiful, very spacious. Only issues were front top bedroom extremely hot. We put three fans and it still did not cool the space. Upstairs overall uncomfortably hot. Also would like to see the property provide toiletries as well as a few laundry pods. Great space for large families.

Very nice and relaxing

Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The place was large, clean, and welcoming. The game room had everything for the kids to have fun, the pool was nice, and the location was great. We were planning on fishing and kayaking, I didn't realize how close we were to the theme parks and Disney Springs. Communication with the owner was prefect too.

Spring break

We really liked the house!! There was definitely enough room to accommodate 11 of us (4 adults and 7 kids ranging between 17-5). The pool was smaller than we expected but the kids still enjoyed it! There's a little park very close so that was nice as well. Only one small issue.. the game room was cramped and they had taken out the ac so it did get pretty warm in there even with the fans provided, so the kids didn't utilize it as much as we intended to. All in all I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Framily Vacation

We had three families who stayed at the property. Children's age ranges were between 4 and 10. There was plenty of space for everyone to have fun! The pool and hot tub were used every day! The temperature was perfect even when the air was a bit chilly! There were a few things that needed attention while we were there, but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the small isuues! We have alreay booked our stay for next year :)

Group of us stayed for just over a week at a conference. Ideal for us. Lots of room, well equipped and a walmart a couple of minutes away for anything that we needed. Can’t fault anything. Owner responded quickly to our one request which was to extend the pool heating slightly longer in the evening.

Nice Clean comfortable home

Beautiful 6 bedroom home very spacious and comfortable. Great game room with pool table, air hockey and dart board. Very nice pool and hot tub with perfect views of the lake. Beds were very comfortable. Nice large patio with great seating, lots of room to sit in the sun or in the shade. Great house! Would recommend for sure!

Family Vacation

Super easy to contact manger even around midnight at night. Host was also easy to get a hold of when needed. I would totally recommend this vacation home. It was in a nice quite area. Walmart is near by less than a 5 min drive. Very convenient.

The best home & location

We’ve been to Florida a lot!! This house has the most comfortable beds.The house was perfect for us with lots of big king size beds, a really cool play room with AC. Beautiful pool with a view of a lake behind so very private. Best location!! It isn’t as busy as other locations. Close to everything!! By everything I mean stores, restaurants, Disney World, Sea world, Universal & Shooters World. We did it all so we know. There is a cool comic store nearby also. We plan to stay here again in the near future. Host was really nice and responds right away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Perfect location for a week in Orlando

The home is in a perfect location for visiting Disney parks. We took our 3 adult daughters and let them each bring a friend. For this 8-day vacation, we went to parks on Mon, Wed, and Fri, and then thoroughly enjoyed the pool on each of the other days. Check in process was super easy. Communication from the owner was extremely fast when we had a question. We were so happy with this home and would definitely stay again.

The location of the house is perfect. Very close to all the theme parks and shops. House was nice and clean. If/when we stay again would definitely get the heated pool. My only gripe with this beautiful very spacious home is the beds. They need an up date. They are flat and hard as a rock.

Family Disney Vacation

House was nice and great location to the Disney parks. But we dud have numerous issues during our stay. Barely any water pressure if two people showered at the same time. Lots of dust on ceilings near vents, on the large fan in TV room next to kitchen and on light fixtures. Also has 3 screens out in pool.area that were damaged/ripped. They did come and fix the screens while we were there without impact to our vacation. Had 3 coffee makers, but only 1 worked but even that one we had to deal with a plug that was somewhat damaged and kept falling out of the wall outlet. Toaster also had issues once you put the lever down to toast. Only disengaged when you unplugged from wall. Biggest issue was numerous bugs in kitchen. No matter how clean we got the kitchen with puttings dishes away, taking trash out and even sweeping the floor in the kitchen the insects were all over the floor, on the counter, and in cabinets and drawers.

Large Family Vacation was a hit.

We are a large family, & traveled with 7 adults + 2 kids. We also entertain friends when in the area. My objective is to rent a clean home, with good beds & plenty of seating. This house had almost all of the above! It was clean - as a couple previous reviews we also found cockroaches when we checked in (more than an acceptable amount even for Florida). I immediately sent an email to the owners and they coordinated with the mgt company to have the exterminator out within hours of my email. The beds are ok - they have visibly had plenty of people sleeping in them because they are worn & have dips in them but we stilll got a decent night sleep. We seem to rent houses with plenty of bedrooms but they are sadly missing proper seating for the number of people it will sleep. This is definitely NOT the situation here. I was thrilled with LOTS of choices - 8 around the kitchen island 6 around the dinning room table 10 at the outdoor tables on the lanai There's plenty of couches to watch t.v., read books & talk. The game room was a great addition for us to spread out and enjoy games. We very much appreciated that all of the equipment works & is fully usable!! WARNING if you are staying here - INTERNET & CELLULAR DATA is BAD!! We have Verizon and unfortunately, we had NO cellular service while in the home or the immediate area around the house. The wifi was furnished and it was ok but it was spotty most of the week, causing us to miss phone calls and not be able to always get text messages. This isn't all bad when you're on vacation but it really was a bit of a hassle. I had to go down the street to take a client call and to help them troubleshoot their needs. We reset the modem and it seemed to help the wifi but just beware - there is NO Verizon service here, AT ALL!! Since we visited in January, we paid for the heated pool. At least 1/2 our group used it every day. The heat was perfect. We quickly learned to start the timer on the hot tub jets as soon as we walked in the door, then change and grab a drink before getting in. This allowed it to heat up to a nice temp. We easily fit 4-5 adults in the hot tub, comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and appreciate the attention to detail of the owners and their quick responses when we contact them.

House needs deep cleaning. Roaches in living room and in kitchen. Fans, painting dirty Some toilets didn’t flush properly, hand sinks didn’t drain properly. Beds weren’t comfortable. Great location. Only 15-20 minutes from Disney parks

Disney Vacation

Loved this place! Plenty of space and 20 mins to Disney. Walmart was close by for necessities. The pool and hot tub looked great but we were to tired to change into swim suits and walk outside😳🤣. I have kids 15 years old to 30 years old. They loved the game room! Every evening was spent in there. I loved that most rooms had king beds and private bathrooms. The kids’ rooms were cute. Great place!!

Infested with roaches

Unfortunately The place was not one of the best. Kitchen was infested with Roaches, we have to throw away all our food the next day after thanksgiving. All 3 bathrooms shower on second floor water would stop running while taking a shower. Place looks nice. But waking up with kitchen infested with roaches It was not fun. We probably kill about 40 roaches while we stayed in.

After Ian family vacation

The property was in very good shape after the hurricane. Wet towels had been left in washer,but, the area had been evacuated for the previous two days. This was no big deal, we just washed them again. My family and I had a wonderful time. The pool was wonderful( we had it heated,definitely worth the price) and the game room was a life saver for bored children. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Vacation Stay 08/27/22 - 09/03/22

Overall the property was excellent. As with all things there are small things that could be enhanced but that will always be the case. The management company where very reactive to an initial issue we had with the bed in the master bedroom and it was sorted within 24hr's of reporting on a Sunday. Not hat we watched much TV but if it was avaiable we couldnt find how to access apps like Netflix or Prime on the TV's which would have been nice to have but really not an issue. Overall excellent and would book again.
