4BR/3BA Villa with Pool & Game Room, 5 min to Disney

This immaculate villa is just five minutes from Disney, just one and a half mile from the US-192 and close to all the main attractions.

The location, Oak Island Cove, is one of the closest communities to the Disney. Our beautiful villa is available to rent and sets in a quiet location.

There is a private heated pool, furnished patio, Game Room, and all of the comforts of home. Our villa features two master suites with Queen size beds, Cable TV, walk-in closets, and full bath.

Two additional bedrooms features two twin beds each with Cable and streaming TV. One of which is Disney themed - we call it Tigger's Den! Kids love it!!!

The pool area offers ample furniture for relaxing after a busy day at the parks.

The Family room features a Cable TV, 55" smart TV, wireless Internet and a lovely view of the private pool and patio. The fully equipped Kitchen offers table seating for six plus the addition of a three bar stool breakfast bar. The Kitchen provides upgraded major appliances that will accommodate any chef.

The laundry room provides a full size Washer and Dryer as well as ironing board. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

The Game Room includes Table Tennis, mini basketball, Foosball, and darts.

This smoke-free villa is convenient to all shopping and restaurants. There are also many quality golf courses within a short drive. Just 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

We stayed here for our trip to visit Disney, Universal Studios and attend the Daytona 500. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and were very comfortable in the house. We did not have time to enjoy the game area or swimming pool, but both appeared in good condition. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our kids are older, but if travelling with small children, they had many items available from strollers to a crib. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Disney trip without staying on Disney property.

The best thing about this experience it came down to the host!!! Dennis was on it when it came to communication. The house lay out is really pretty, there are many stores close by the location of the house, and the house is fully equipped with everything you need to have an awesome stay (plates, pods, towels, etc). It was very cold for us Floridians so the pool did not get warm enough where I could use it with the kiddos, but I think in a different time, or if you are from the North, you may still enjoy it. The beds' matressess were a bit too firm for my own personal preference but everything was super clean and welcoming. Thank you again for hosting us!!

We loved our stay! The house was wonderful with plenty of towels and blankets for all of us, extras even which was very nice. Some convenient toiletries were available also. The kitchen is very well equipped. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. Really great spaces to have with kids.

Perfect for families

Our stay was perfect. We travelled with our 3 adult children. Everyone had their own space and bathroom! The house was exceptionally clean. Convenient to all the Disney Parks and whatever shopping needs you have. Great for families. If I may make one suggestion...a single serve coffee pot would be a nice addition.

Spring Break

We had a great week at the house. The location was easy to navigate and convenient to all Disney parks. The house was comfortable and spacious but not overwhelming. We all had plenty of space and could relax by the pool.

Good location and communication

The location was perfect for proximity to Disney and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive to messages. Only problem was ants. While I realize that ants are prevalent in Florida the number of ants in the kitchen was more than we prefer. We kept all of the food sealed and put away and cleaned up crumbs. Owner says he will take care of it but this is the reason for a less than 5 star review.

Excellent Clean Property with Kind Owner

The property was clean and spacious and the owner goes above and beyond. They offered separate pool towels, extra bath towels, toiletries, and household supplies. Check-in is simple and the expectations were very reasonable. We will definitely consider staying here again if they will have us.
