Overall we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this house. When we arrived, the hard floors clearly hadn't been swept and carpets hadn't been vacuumed. The kitchen floors were sticky when you walked on them. The refrigerator doors were covered with dirty hand prints. There was black mold on tiles of the master shower. The walls and trim are pretty beat up and are in need of some repair and a paint job. The air vents were oozing dust. The couch in the living room was stained and dirty... we wouldn't sit on it until we found a spare blanket to cover it.After we did some of our own cleaning, we contacted the host about the cleanliness and they promptly offered to have the cleaning crew come back out. We already moved our stuff in the house, so we declined. We asked for a refund of some kind on the cleaning fee, but they ignored that request.The house pool had a heating issue that the host promptly got fixed, but in the end, we really didn't use it because its too small and shallow for our teenagers. If you have little kids, I bet it'd be great.The community pool and other amenities are nice. The water is heated and area is well kept. We spent quite a bit of time here when we were not at theme parks and our kids really enjoyed it.The house had a double stroller, pack 'n play, and some other things that families with little kids would appreciate.

This place is great. Would stay again, the only problem we had were the pillows are awful. Pool was clean grandkids enjoyed both the pool and the neighborhood water park. The Mickey room is now a lion king room. Grand daughter loved the frozen room.

This home has an excellent location for a Disney vacation and plenty of food options (that deliver!) close by. We stocked up at Walmart on some breakfast staples and snacks. The large dining table was perfect for our family with an infant and toddler that don't do well with long restaurant waits every night. The Frozen bedroom was a big hit! There is a Lion King themed bedroom, too. We had plenty of space, the couch was large enough for four adults and two children to spread out. We chose this house for the kid friendly amenities- gates on the stairs, pack and play (there are 2), stroller, toys and themed rooms. There was a snafu with the stroller, the host was immediately responsive and resolved the problem by renting us a replacement stroller that day. The heated pool was wonderful to relax in after a long Disney park day. The host provided a number of pool towels which was a great added touch. The resort has a lazy river and splash pad that our toddler loved, and you could get ice cream or a drink at the clubhouse. We drove to the splash pad area, it is too far to walk although there is a golf cart shuttle you can use. Daily garbage pickup is included and there was plenty of parking near the unit. The home is in a great area and is clean and spacious. The host was very responsive before we arrived and during our stay and we were able to arrange an earlier heck in which was great since we flew in and wanted to let the children nap on arrival day.

Style was great but cleanliness lacking

I was looking for a place that would be close to fun I was planning with my daughter and a community that had a pool. When I found this place that had a small pool and themed rooms, we thought it would be perfect. After booking, we received communication about payment schedule. Communication after that was challenging due to not getting responses back after several days. I even reached out to VRBO to make sure my booking was legit. I was told it was, and to reach out using the phone number listed. Once I sent a direct text message I received a quick response. Communication moving forward always went in this pattern. I would message on VRBO, not hear anything for 1-2 days, send the same question through text, and then receive response through VRBO. Check-in was easy and I was able to get an early check in for an additional fee. Cleanliness was disappointing. The carpets were mostly clean, no stains, the furniture/ counters were clean. However, the floor in the kitchen had large amounts of food crumbs making it obvious that it had not been recently vacuumed. The pool area had trash all around, lots of toothpicks and bottle caps. The pool was cloudy and there was dirt sediment in the bottom. The screen door had a portion of the screen that was torn. My husband also told me after we were home that he killed several roaches in our bathroom. Overall I think this place could be great if more care and up keep was put in. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great family place

The condo was great for a family with kids. My daughter was thrilled about the Frozen room and my boys liked the Lion King Room. The place was clean and the heated pool was nice. Washer and drier also are great! It took us about 30 minutes to get to Universal Studios each day. It has a great club house with a fun lazy river and big pool and hot tub. Basketball, volleyball, and mini golf. We did have an issue with the upstairs bathroom Drains being clogged that we didn’t get resolved, but we were able to use other bathrooms in the house. This was mentioned to the owners ,who offered to try to get it resolved or compensate us if we messed with it ourselves. Ultimately, it was a nice place in a nice area with lots of stores and restaurants close by. We’d stay again.

Frozen & Lion King Rooms- Near Disney

The property- decor, rooms were exactly as pictured. We were able to check in early which was nice and allowed us to access the club amenities. The home was clean. The rooms were spacious. The frozen and lion king rooms were big hits with the kids. Areas of improvement- dishwasher was broken which meant I washed everything by hand for 10 people. We were notified a new dishwasher was ordered and would arrive after our stay. The unit needed more sauce pans for cooking. Also needed additional pool towels. The actual unit pool was small - like the size of a hot tub. There was a nearby community pool that was walkable. The lazy River/slides (Hideaway Club) was actually outside of the Storey Lake community- we had to drive outside of gate and pass a traffic light. Was less then 2 min drive but not walkable. The QR code never worked for gate entry. There were no spices in the kitchen. The baby gates and kid friendly items were wonderful- toys, high chair, books. Overall nice alternative to be near theme parks.

AAU Volleyball Nationals Stay in Storey Lake

This property is so well decorated and clean. It is perfect for families. We had 7 of us staying, 4 adults and 3 children. It has 2 master bedrooms so it is great for 2 sets of adults. There is plenty of room for children in the other 2 bedrooms as well. We loved the large kitchen island perfect for preparing meals and eating. We also loved the large living room for hanging out. We took advantage of the washer and dryer while staying as well. The outdoor space is nice with some shade and then the pool area is enclosed with an atrium. The property manager has great communication and she strives to make her guests comfortable and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Everything about the property was amazing. The rooms were beautiful. My daughter and niece loves frozen, the design of this room was perfect. The other character room has been renovated. We were so surprised when we arrived. My son loved it. Both rooms beautifully designed. The host Rachel was amazing. Book this house, you will not regret it. This property was a 10/10.

Home away from home

Great place for everyone!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay! Grandparents on the first floor and family of 5 on the upper floor. A bathroom for everyone! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and it was heated to 86 degrees as listed :-). Excellent location to everything in Orlando. We will tell friends and family to book this condo for a visit to Orlando!

One of the best vrbo rentals we have stayed at. We had 3 generations. We loved that the house was completely spotless(!!!), comfortable, and enjoyed the heated private pool. We also took a short walk down to the neighborhood pool which was fun. Bonus- an ice cream truck came by! We would absolutely book again.

Cozy clean and comfortable

The townhome was clean and all the beds were very comfortable which was very helpful after a long day at the parks. All of us enjoyed the heated pool at the house as well as the “Water Park” as our grandson called it!

Universal Getaway

My husband and I booked the home to enjoy Universal Studios. Our local family from Tampa was also able to come enjoy the home with us. It was so easy to navigate the property and the amenities were wonderful. The lazy river is a must! Great location. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

I got this place for my daughter's birthday with her and her family. They had the best time and stay here. Wonderful Hostess and area. Everything was communicated great and the place is like advertised. A must stay for anyone coming to the area.

Great vacation rental

The property was in a spot close to theme parks, restaurants, and local stores. Everything was clean and was as expected. We had 4 adults and 6 children ages 7-17 in our group. The kids stayed 3 to a room which was easy with the full size beds. Everyone had room to spread out. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. The living and kitchen area was spacious and allowed for family meals. Rachael was a great host. She checked with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend this rental.
