You have a Wonderfull Seaview, and you are just behind the Bikini beach. Orient bay has everything to spend nice holidays : Beaches, restaurants, beach bars, shopping, supermarket and many more !!
The condo is very nice and you have everything inside. the bedrooms is under the roof and the all units is with brand new air co.

Perfect getaway

Wow. What a view and perfect location. We spent a lot of time out on the patio just reading and watching the gorgeous ocean views. The condo was so cozy and just what we needed to unwind! Loved everything about our stay here.

Awesome!

location, location, location! Awesome property in an awesome spot. Everything you need from groceries to restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Right on the beach and the apartment was well-appointed! We will be back!

Fantastic unit !

The unit is lovely. Our 2nd time stating there. Convenient location on beach and restaurants in Orient as well as Grand Case. Francois the property manager was promptly available to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

We traveled to St Martin in June 2022 and are a little late with our review but it has nothing to do with our experience. This condo is better than the listing describes it. It was very roomy, the loft offered privacy and a comfortable bed with an amazing shower and the fluffiest towels. We never ran short of supplies, the owners paid attention to all the details from reception to any minor hiccups we encountered. All of the restaurants across the street offered a wide array of delicious meals and the beaches were clean and well stocked with chairs and umbrellas. You have to visit Le String Beach Restaurant and get the Burrata Salad, so fresh and delicious! We were in walking distance to everything however we did rent a car and enjoyed everything the island had to offer. The local grocery store was well stocked and the bakery next door had the best breads and croissants we’ve ever had. We found the best breakfast at L’Astrolabe Restaurant, just outside the resort area. They also have a lobster party on Friday night that was a highlight for us. I can’t say enough about this place other than we’ll be back again soon!

Beautiful property, beautiful flat

We had a fantastic trip, the place is lovely and the location cannot be beat. We had some minor issues with a non functioning dishwasher and more stuff in the apartment than the power can handle (can’t run stove and washer at the same time) but nothing super problematic. Thank you!

Not a better location !!

You can’t have a better host than Francois! This was a great time for us. We were on the island with friends from December 6 through the 14th. Our friends stayed at a Villa but we chose this condo. Actually a “hotel” room but close to everything with the best views and location! The beaches are fabulous - the grocery store is downstairs, restaurants steps away ! Our Friends new the island well and we did everything all over the island - Pinel, Grand Case, Porto Coupecoy, Sunset Beach, Karakter, on and on. We did have some issues with the current unrest on the French side the last 3 days of our visit; which made travel logistically difficult; but if you were staying in orient you would never know. Francois was the most effective in getting us a boat to take us around the island and thus to the airport in time. You will be in the best hands!
