    Desde su terraza, 20 pasos y usted está caminando sobre la arena blanca.
    Nuestra unidad ORIENT BEACH de WATERFRONT ORIENT está en el agua, ubicada en LA IZQUIERDA UN ESQUINA de edificio, ninguna unidad a la izquierda ninguna unidad arriba, segundo piso más alto, sin escaleras.
    En el edificio favorito, primera línea, el edificio más cercano a la playa.
    Este hermoso y lujoso condominio es suyo, sintiéndose como en casa, con Orient Beach fullview y vista única playa orient de toda la unidad, incluso desde la cocina y la entrada.
    En un estilo caribeño, sin olvidar, gran, íntimo, encantador y muy tranquilo estudio, 500 pies cuadrados de comodidad, espacio limpio, con vistas a la playa y el mar todo el tiempo.
    Todas nuestras fotos y especialmente la vista frontal al mar de nuestro apartamento es VERDADERO, no engaño en la calidad ... y más hermoso y más grande cuando llegas allí (echar un vistazo a nuestras críticas !!)
    El acceso a la playa es directamente por el balcón, por el camino directo a la arena blanca. ¡Tenga un baño justo en la playa de la unidad, admire la vista panorámica sobre el lago, la naturaleza, la colina de Orient Bay Village, todo esto le espera para una bienvenida muy personalizada!
    WIFI privado, nuevo y silencioso AC, lavadora, cocina muy bien amueblada, 1 cómoda cama super king (200 cm × 200 cm - 79 pulgadas × 79 pulgadas) muy amplio! sábanas y sábanas de calidad, toallas de baño grandes, 1 sofá cama, TV por satélite, radio, revistas, libros, mapas, libro de actividades, 1 baño, 1 caja fuerte, 2 sillas de playa livianas, 1 refrigerador, 1 sombrilla. Hemos pensado en cada detalle.
    Acceso directo a la playa, tiempo para un verdadero descanso :)

    POR FAVOR TENGA EN CUENTA QUE LA PISCINA NO SE RECONSTA A TIEMPO

    Deportes acuáticos, chiringuitos y restaurantes de playa a mano (Orient Beach) a 510 minutos caminando por la playa, el pueblo de Grand-Case es el capitale de la gastronomía, que conduce a 8 minutos.
    Tienda de comestibles, pizzería, lavandería, conserje en el sitio.
    Hope Market y Leader Price a 5 minutos.
    La residencia está completamente asegurada por hombres de seguridad 7/24.
    La terraza del condominio está cerrada por una persiana eléctrica que se encuentra en el segundo y más alto piso.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Sadly the seaweed kept us off of this beach but that wasnt a problem and the smell wasn't there like on the north end of the island. The hotel was very convenient for getting to Orient Beach and Grand Case. We did make several trips to the Dutch side but preferred the food on the French side. this was a great stay and I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful place!

We loved the modern style of the condo. The location is just perfect with easy access to the beach. The hosts were very helpful! Highly recommend.

Excellent stay!

We loved this property and will be back. It is clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing, restful stay. 5 minute drive to a large grocery store and a walk down the beach to many great restaurants. Host was excellent and responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Amazing rental!

The entire experience was amazing! The hosts went out of their way to insure that our stay was wonderful. From meeting us at the lobby for check in, to communicating with us regularly to see if everything was going well.The most impressive thing was this rental is exactly as advertised! We would definitely highly recommend this property that is managed by very caring hosts!

Fantastic place and host (Christian is great!). The accessibility to the beach and pool makes everything so much easier. Orient Bay restaurants are about a 20 minute walk on the beach and made for a lovely walk back after dinner. The parking can be confusing initially as it involves going around the old reception building (which is now converted to a library) and can be a bit tight, but it becomes easy to navigate once you know where to go.Highly recommend staying here. 1 week isn't enough - 2 weeks is ideal.

Christian was very nice and helpful. He met us on arrival and the day of departure. He helped with luggage. He explained everything in condo. The view was the best thing Close to pool and beach, although it was a bit of a walk to any beach bars/food

Wonderful property and people!

Everything was exactly as shared by the hosts. Very clean and a perfect setup for two people. We loved it!Pool and beach were just steps away and both were fantastic. Beach is very clean with powder white sand and the ocean water was a perfect temperature. Many wonderful restaurants and beach bars are accessible via a leisurely walk down the beach. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of and your stay is enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay with the best view!

Wonderful place to stay with the best view. The host Christian is wonderful and greets you the minute you show up and shows and tells you what you need to know. He communicates with you during your entire stay. Need something, have a question, text Christian and he responds promptly. Also, we rented a car and I highly recommend it.

Everything about this beautiful rental is 5 star. The host Christian makes himself available from arrival to departure. The condo is spacious for 2 people and extremely comfortable. Decorated tastefully and filled with all the important details. Beach chairs,umbrella,ice chest,beach towels. Chantal and Christian provide plush towels in the bathroom and a big plus is the water filter system so there’s no need to purchase water . Location,view and everything one could need for a vacation. Can’t wait to return.

Everything was excellent, location, communication, beautiful view, the apartment has everything we need, special thanks to Christian, he is very nice and an excellent host, he was checking how we were every day and the only time we needed something he was there in 5 minutes! Great stay and location

A beautiful place and location. A short walk down the beach to great restaurants and bars. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint was from my wife who was using bug spray and got a few mosquito bites. I wore no bug spray and no shirt with no mosquito bites. I would stay again! .

Just Amazing

Immediately comfortable and at home in this apartment with less than a 1 minute walk to aquamarine waters of Orient Bay. The location of the place was perfect, steps away from white sand. If you are looking for a place with a welcoming local feel, near by cafes, restaurants and groceries this is your place to stay. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer, we were met on-time upon arrival and departure. Many thanks from Edouard and Lacey

Lovely stay

Property was just as shown in listing and just as beautiful. Christian (owner) met us and took us to apartment, spending time to show us how to run everything and telling us good places to eat and shop. He lives near by and checked on us with emails to see if we needed anything. Very pleased!

Exactly as described

This was our first time in St. Martin. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool and beach are just steps away. The unit had everything we needed and our hosts Christian and Chantal were excellent. Very responsive when we had questions. We plan to rebook again next year! This unit is a gem!

When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. The apartment was well organized with a spectacular ocean view, pool and garden. Highly recommend. We had the most wonderful stay! Thanks to Chantal and Christian

Absolument magnifique

Dès les premiers instants, nous savions que l'endroit serait magnifique. Christian nous a fait un excellent résumé à notre arrivée et a été très accueillant, et toujours disponible. Le studio est de taille parfaite pour un couple et il ne manque de rien. La vue du balcon est juste WOW ! Nous avons apprécié que la piscine était à 2 minutes de marche et la mer à 3 minutes ! L'emplacement était parfait, nous étions à 15 minutes du Village d'Orient Bay, de Grand Case et de l'Anse Marcel. Ce sont nos plus belles vacances dans les îles à date. Merci Christian.
