Luxury studios with ocean view on Orient bay

Our 11 spacious 550 sq ft studios are located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, croissants, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots
Our studios have been completely renovated this year 2021, they are well appointed, finely decorated and all identical inside.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,
Each studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.
The balcony or patio has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
The Mont Vernon residence is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet in a gated community with 24 hour security at the foot of Orient Bay beach, it is the perfect environment for an active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of Orient bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and the Pinel island, further on the beach are many restaurants, bars, shops and watersport activities (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and so on ...)
To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler

We had a beautiful view of the ocean, sunrise was spectacular. The studio was immaculate and very well decorated. Check in was a breeze. The host responded to all of our questions immediately. Close to orient bay and grand case.

Great place to stay

This studio was very nice. Fantastic views from the balcony. Beautiful walks along the beach every morning. Close to quite a few things along Orient Beach. There is a store and pizzeria on site. Both are nice places to grab anything you may need and the pizza is great as is Sarah who works at both! The studio was clean and had pretty much everything you may need. We enjoyed the quiet of the corner unit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to work with and was very responsive which we appreciated. The only drawback would be the parking situation, but you definitely get your exercise. Would stay again.

Luxury view, but not luxury studio

The pros: You will not find a better view on St. Maartin- it's fantastic. Amaury is a great host- the few issues we had were addressed immediately. The bed was comfortable and TV worked well. The pool is nice but be aware there are no umbrellas, and the pool is in full sun all day. The reality is it's not a luxury studio. The bathroom has broken tiles, shower suboptimal and the bathroom door does not close properly.

Le Check-in très avec une bonne communication avec le locateur. Tout était impeccable tel que mentionné sur le site. Très belle vue sur la magnifique plage de Orient Bay. Rien à redire de ce studio. Le seul petit point négatif. Nous aurions aimé avoir un petit fourneau .

Beautiful views with a daily workout

Orient Bay is easily viewed from the entire unit including when waking up each morning and seeing the waves while lying in bed. Walking to the beach is easy, especially from the exceptionally beautiful pool. Minimal parking and a big hill to walk up and down each day to get to and from your car. Pros: Caribbean views Spacious Comfortable couch Responsive landlord On-site convenience store and Pizzeria Cons: Lack of parking Steep hill Rough towels Very firm mattress The people who work at the small store and the on-site pizzeria were friendly and helpful. The landlord quickly responded to a question about the TV and A/C. He also promised to drop by and replace a remote control and cable box, which he did within 30 minutes. Easy to reach him via WhatsApp and he answered questions fast. The unit was as promised with a king-sized bed, a small refrigerator, a cook-top and microwave, kitchen sink, and clothes washer/dryer. Everything was in perfect working order. This was a studio but was spacious and included a writing desk and living room couch and coffee table. Ample closet space was provided although a few more clothes hangars would be recommended. The bathroom was a good size with all of the necessary fixtures. Water pressure was low but adequate for cleaning up daily. The towels provided were a bit rough and only two of each were available. He also provided beach chairs, a cooler to take cold drinks to the beach, and beach towels.

Beautiful views

The apartment was just as described. The views were amazing. The view is orient bay with St Barts in the background. The apartment is in a very quiet area. You can easily access the beach and restaurants are very close. The pool has just reopened and is very clean and spacious. Aurmory was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
