Luxurious 4bdr/4 1/2 bath Villa Rental in Orient Bay

Luxury 4 bdr. villa rental in St. Martin - Adjacent access to Orient's Beach. This huge villa offers beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace and house. The villa has a very nice pool and large outdoor living and dining areas. A/C throughout the villa . The kitchen has stainless steel and granite throughout and an open floor plan for entertaining. You can rent 1 - 4 bedrooms priced accordingly. The master suite contains its own private bath and ALSO a huge glass block shower and double sinks and marble floors. The three other bedrooms have comfortable king beds (one with twins that can be turned into a king.) and private baths with marble/granite floors/counter tops. A housekeeper is available daily and each room has cable TV. Master has a DVD. There is a giant screen TV and a sound system with IPOD player and CD/DVD in living room. The entire back of the villa provides a panoramic view of the palm trees and ocean and other villas only in the distant so you have plenty of privacy.


Lounging and Relaxation areas: The outdoor living area has a couch and loveseat with a coffee table, a dining room table that seats eight and a nice bar with a sink and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower and foot bath when coming back from the beach. The inside dining area is also roomy with one table for six and another one for four on the front veranda. The second master bedroom has it's own private entrance and terrace. All supplies are provided (linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.). Books and games are available in the library upstairs where you can lounge away the day on beautiful deep couches and an indoor hammock. There is also additional seating for quiet reflection on the expansive grounds and a second patio just outside the pool terrace under graceful shade trees and palms.

Restaurants and extras: There are many restaurants within walking and driving distance - with a few just a couple of blocks walk. Recommendations can be provided for local transportation and pick up from the airport. You don't want to miss this special vacation spot. It is excellent for both families and couples and priced according to number of bedrooms utilized. Enough can't be said about this location being so close to the beach but ultra private with its own privacy gate and natural distance from other villas. Be prepared to spoil yourself on this vacation!

Annual Friends Trip

We’re a group of four couples who all met on resort vacations. Over the past several years we’ve opted to rent Villa’s together as a means to explore more destinations freely. Danny’s Villa offered us the perfect home base in Orient Bay for all of our guests. The property is exactly as described in the photos and description. We enjoyed lounging by the pool in the morning / early afternoon and walking to the village for happy hour and dinners. Luvee was fantastic with her daily care taking and tips on where to go, what to do, and how to get there. We’ve been back home for less than 24 hours and everyone wants to plan our return.

Orient Bay

We loved the house, was very clean and well maintained. The house keeper was very friendly and helpful. House is completely gated and off the main road going to Orient Beach. We rented a car mostly because we want to experience other areas on the Island but you can just walk to the beach. Great restaurants in the area, great beach . I would highly recommend this house.

Paradise at Villa Belle Mer

We enjoyed the villa’s outside ambiance of pool and terrace area for eating and relaxation, while still being close enough to walk to the beach and village. Wonderful restaurants nearby.The interior provided a nice central area for evening chats, while each of the 4 friends had her own bedroom suite.Initially, the owner was so helpful in talking to us on the phone from Florida to direct us to the villa after becoming lost.

Week-long stay in Orient Bay

A group of 8 family and friends was very comfortable in the villa. We enjoyed the pool, cooking, and walking to the beach and restaurants. The house was kept clean by Luvie who was there every day. The location is great - convenient to everything Orient Bay has to offer. We enjoyed our time!

Beautiful house and Great Location

We loved being near Orient Beach and being able to walk into town for everything. Luvie was very sweet and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that you do not have a view of the water from the main living floor. You can see it if you go upstairs and look out a window. The photos make it seem as if you have a vista of the sea- but you are surrounded by bushes now. I supposed the pictures for the listing were taken a while back. We just expected to have a view so it was a little disappointing to discover we had no view of anything. Does make for privacy I suppose- just a little misleading. Host was very attentive and helpful.

Special place with family and friends!

The villa was all you see in the description… spacious and a truly lovely property! We had 4 couples staying and all guests were equally as impressed. In addition to a fabulous villa … Orient Bay beaches are a 10 minutes walk with many wonderful restaurants in Le Place de Village just before you reach the sand. Such a plus to be able to leave the car in park for leisurely days. Finally… our stay was even more comfortable with the daily attention and housekeeping provided by lovely Luvie. We are grateful to have found a bit of paradise for a week!

Best Caribbean vacation ever

We go to different islands every spring break and host our children and 3 baby grandchildren. They have all been fun but this is the first one in which we intend to return. House is beautiful and well planned with the 4 master bedroom suites. Location is really great with Orient Beach just down the street. There are lots of amazing restaurants for such a small village. Our housekeeper Luvie was a real prize, taking great care of us and the home. We'll miss her!

Beautiful house, perfect location

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Belle Mer. The house is beautiful and very clean. The outside lounging and dining areas were a big plus. The location could not be better- an easy flat walk to the shops and beach clubs in Orient Bay. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect!

We had a party of 8, 2 young children and 6 adults. The house layout was perfect with all 4 bedrooms downstairs and an extra space upstairs that the children mostly used to play. The pool was big enough for all to hang out and the deck was awesome and spacious. Location for us was the key. It’s walking distance down to restaurants, shops and beach but we chose to drive ( hot walk for kids!). No trouble parking. Luvie was great and provided anything extra we needed. We have stayed in many properties on the island and this was one of the favorites!

St Martin Perfection

We stayed at this property in February 2023 with 8 total adults. The home was very clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for all 4 adult couples to relax by the pool, eat together at the outdoor dining table and all bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. Luvie was just a gem! She arrived each day (except her day off on Sunday) to make beds and provide cleaning services. We so enjoyed talking with her and hearing more about the island and area. Any questions I had in advance were answered immediately and never had to wait on any information. Fabulous host, terrific in-house assistance, very safe and enjoyable location. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent location

Our family of four stayed here and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the beach and many nice restaurants with very good food. The house pool is highlight of the property- water temperature was excellent and atmosphere excellent.

Getaway with friends

We just spent a great week in St Martin. The house was everything we expected. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Louvie was great and was accommodating when we didn’t need her to come on a daily basis. Dany was awesome in answering quickly when we had questions. There was lots of space for the 5 of us (including 2 couples). We rented a vehicle and enjoyed exploring. Using waze is the way to go. Google doesn’t work that well down there. Our favourite beaches to visit was definitely Captain French’s and Mullet Bay beach. Orient Beach has suffered a lot since the hurricane. Lots of rocky areas in the water but people are working hard to get it up and running again. We had a great lunch at Le String Beach on Orient Beach. A must if you’re in the area. Restaurants to visit that are worthy include Sao Asian Factory, Le p’tit bistro, Captain Frenchy’s and our favourite, Bamboo House.

Amazing property

Home was as described and MORE! Beautiful property. Very short walk to beach and excellent dining choices. Everything you need if you desire to cook at home. Well stocked with all essentials and Luvi/housekeeper was unobtrusive but took care of daily needs. Pool was beautiful. Dany/property manager was quick with response time and provided all information clearly. Will definitely return for another visit.
