"Room was unclean. There was a McDonald’s hamburger wrapper underneath the bed stand. The bed stand was unclean and sheets were washed, but stained. Mattress was extremely hard and you could feel the springs. Hallways smelt really bad.,"

"Did not feel like the space was clean. Area is super dated. Dirty walls, dirty floors. Towels rough and scratchy and when you ask for more you have to go retrieve them yourself.
