  • Disfruta de las vistas panorámicas del Océano Pacífico, Cabo Kiwanda y Haystack Rock mientras te relajas en esta hermosa y única casa frente al mar. Esta propiedad se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada frente al mar de Kiwanda Shores en Pacific City. Esta casa tiene 2 dormitorios, una amplia área de loft y 2. 5 baños. El dormitorio principal, el dormitorio de invitados y los dos baños completos se encuentran en el primer piso y ofrecen un lugar tranquilo para descansar en esta hermosa casa de concepto abierto. El espacio del loft cuenta con el medio baño, dos literas y un sofá cama. Es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o para disfrutar de vistas constantes de Haystack Rock en cualquier momento del día. El loft también es un área ideal para que los niños vean películas, jueguen o duerman.

    Este es el lugar perfecto para una escapada refrescante en la playa con increíbles vistas al mar. La casa ofrece comodidades modernas, como Wi-Fi gratis, parrilla al aire libre, pantallas planas y reproductores de DVD en cada habitación y en el desván, así como una lavadora y secadora.

    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king con ropa de cama limpia y blanca y una hermosa vista. Un pequeño escritorio ofrece espacio para trabajar y permite a los huéspedes disfrutar de la TV de pantalla plana y el DVD. El baño principal ofrece dos lavabos y una ducha a ras de suelo.

    La habitación está bellamente amueblada con una cama doble y ofrece su propio televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Junto a la habitación, los baños para huéspedes cuentan con hermosos azulejos y una combinación de ducha y bañera. Ambas habitaciones tienen ruidos y reloj despertador.

    El área del loft tiene dos juegos de literas junto con un sofá cama con una cama queen. También hay un televisor y un reproductor de DVD en el desván y un medio baño.

    La amplia distribución de concepto abierto de la sala de estar principal y la cocina permite un ambiente ideal para cocinar juntos y entretener mientras disfruta de vistas al océano. Los huéspedes pueden caminar directamente hacia la duna desde el salón principal para disfrutar de la observación de ballenas, caminar por la playa o nadar en el océano. Esta parte de la casa cuenta con hermosas vigas y paredes de madera, un espacio de cocina con nevera de tamaño completo, estufa / horno y área de comedor. La sala de estar ofrece cómodos asientos en un nuevo sofá de cuero y dos sillas laterales, así como un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD. La parrilla al aire libre está a pocos pasos afuera. Una característica adicional es la mesa de ping pong en el garaje para agregar al ambiente divertido y familiar.

    ESTACIONAMIENTO: El estacionamiento general en la calle en la zona se puede utilizar de forma gratuita. La casa de playa se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada (lo que permite una gran cantidad de espacio para estacionamiento fuera de la casa).

    Hay mucha diversión en el surf y la arena (surf, pesca con Dory Boat, ala delta, equitación, senderismo, kayak, ciclismo, natación, avistamiento de ballenas, golf y muchas más actividades familiares están cerca). Estamos a solo 15 minutos a pie del Pelican Brew Pub, una variedad de restaurantes cercanos y una tienda de comestibles local. También estamos a un corto trayecto en coche de Sand Lake. ¡Saca tu vehículo todo terreno y pasa el día paseando frente al océano!

    El vecindario: Kiwanda Shores es una comunidad cerrada que brinda privacidad y fácil acceso a la playa para los huéspedes. No se permiten autos en la playa frente a la comunidad, ¡una buena ventaja!
    Otras cosas a tener en cuenta: No se permiten mascotas en la propiedad. Si descubrimos que esto no se cumplió, utilizaremos su depósito de seguridad en su totalidad para la limpieza.

It's a wonderful home and the layout was condusive to a large group without feeling overcrowded. The beach/ocean view was spectacular. We will be talking about this vacation for a long time.

Great stay with family and friends. The property is very beautiful and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The private access to the beach made it even better. The rooms were clean and stocked and definitely would recommend. The back view of the clean beach was beautiful in the morning and sunset and there was lots to do inside the property including table tennis, darts, and lots more! Overall I’ll recommend the property and would love to come back!

Fabulous house, right on the beach, nicely appointed. Plenty of room for multigenerational group. We would highly recommend this property, its location, and Pacific City as an awesome destination!!

The position on the beach was absolutely incredible. I could not imagine a better beach set up for a few families with kids. The kids loved frolicking on the beach for days and we could so easily watch or join them from the house. House was so comfortable and welcoming. Hosts were so responsive and helpful with all communications! Would stay here again, any time of the year.

Great stay overall. The only problems was that there was a bunch of sand left in one of the bunk beds that was supposed to be clean and the outside garbage can was overflowing with garbage upon arrival. Otherwise it’s a fabulous place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful and inviting, right on the beach with the perfect location to walk to restaurants. It was our second year in a row staying there. The hosts are incredible.

House was amazing with views to last a lifetime. Rooms were clean, pillow options were plenty and the only thing lacking (that did not change our 5 star rating) was central air/AC but I’m not sure it would even be possible in the sand environment! It got a little warm the one night and we had to sleep with windows cracked to keep temps reasonable for a couple of cold-blooded northerners used to 65 Fahrenheit but anyone that likes 70 degrees plus will not mind.Check-in was easy and pain free.House had the best location on the beach for shell hunting, at least while we were there in mid may!We will never forget our Oregon Coast visit to the Ocean Views for Days house, we do hope to do it again one day!

We had a wonderful time celebrating family birthdays and relaxing. It was a great location. Beach off the house was delightful. Plenty of room for our family.

Perfect location, easy access to beach, and everything you could want inside. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back next year!

Wonderful place for a family weekend

Beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Well appointed, with nice touches for families (toys, kids tableware, sound machine, etc). Great for our family with plenty of space and bathrooms. The main space has a beautiful view and is spacious enough for a family dinner and playing board games. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

This house has amazing views of the coast and Haystack Rock, and easy access to the beach. Just outside the doors is a sandy area to sit and enjoy the view, and a place for the kids to play in the sand. The walk down to the water was easy, just down a small berm.The design is beautiful and the home has nice amenities, towels, soaps, lotions. Plenty of space to spread out to find quiet time or to gather together for meals and games. The kids bunk room with bean bag chairs and the TV was a hit for our 2- and 6-year old grandkids.A few suggestions for the owners and management teams that a few things need attention to keep it in top shape: no kitchen trash bags were provided, the oven and BBQ need a deep clean, there was sand on the top bunks, many light bulbs were burned out, a few kitchen items need to be included or updated - measuring cups, cookie sheets, drawers in disarray.

Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect. The gift card for the candy shop was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Walking out of the house onto the beach was wonderful and the view, wow. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Amazing Property

Overall, this vacation rental was amazing. The views are priceless - we had a week of crystal clear weather with sunsets next to Chief Kiwanda Rock every night. The house was well appointed with all the necessary items in the kitchen and the beds were super comfy. If you like Pacific City, this house can’t be beat!
