Beachfront Villa Domestic with Pool
Beachfront Villa Domestic with Pool is a beautiful historic villa for 8people in the seaside town of Orebic on the southern side of the Peljesac peninsula. It boasts a prime position next to the sea and within the center, close to the bakeries, grocery shops, wine shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Beachfront Villa Domestic with Pool is the former captain's house. It went through complete restoration several years ago and it became one of the best holiday homes to stay in on Peljesac. The villa overlooks the Adriatic sea and the archipelago of Peljesac and Korcula with many islands and islets.
It can accommodate up 8persons at once, whether groups of friends or families with children. The whole villa is private and fenced with stone walls and a hedge.
The residential area occupies 270 m2 and extends over 3 floors. It has original antique furniture and it offers the perfect mix of original and modern features.
The ground level features a kitchen with everything one would need for cooking and a formal dining room for 10. Also, one of the bathrooms is on this level. The second level feature 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The last level is a big open space attic with a double bed. This is a special zone that is the most favorite for the children to play in when it is too hot to spend time outdoors.
Outside the villa, you will find a backyard with grill facilities and an alfresco dining table. On the south side, there is a pretty garden with a smaller pool, sun patio, and sun loungers.
Beachfront Villa Domestic with Pool is set right on the waterfront promenade and the nearest swimmable beach is just a few steps away!
Orebic is a Mediterranean small town with nice beaches and a long waterfront promenade. It is a great base for exploring the southern Croatian mainland and the islands. Wonderful Korcula old town on Korcula island is just a 15-minute ferry ride away. Peljesac is famous for the vineyards and its authentic grape sorts. Thus, you have the chance to visit many local wineries and taste wines in cellars. Further, in the bay of Ston on Peljesac the best oysters are grown. Peljesac has many beautiful bays and beaches.
This unique holiday villa has a very valuable location. It is one of the rare holiday homes that offer you to dive into the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea directly at the doorstep!

Great vacation!
The property was very clean and kitchen well equipped. We loved spending time in the garden. Nice beach is just outside the house. Peljesac is a excellent destination and we are coming back next year!

Great vacation and beautiful location!
Beautiful villa right in the center of town. Everything is within walking distance. Great facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing private garden with lots of Mediterranean greenery. Comfortable beds and bright rooms with great view. Very helpful and friendly host. We loved our stay and will recommend it for sure!

Fantastic location

Great location!
My family and I spent a very relaxing week in Orebic. The villa and garden offer lots of privacy and although the pool is quite small the beach is just in front of the house. I loved to jump in to sea in the morning before breakfast! It was so invigorating! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance so you do not need to use your car at all. Also, our host was very attentive and full of great tips and advices!
