Welcome to Zion Mountain Villa.
This private 9600 Sq ft. gated Villa offers the most amazing accommodations and incredible views for the travels that are looking for a very special experience.
The Villa offers a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bath, an 8 seat Theater room/dance club, private hot tub. Pool table, Fooseball Table, Bocce court, Horse shoe pit, cornhole and 2 fire pits. A gourmet kitchen with seating for 14.
* The master bedroom provides a King size bed with amazing views of Zion National Park.
* Upstairs provided 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and King sized beds. One of the upstairs Bedrooms has 2 King sized beds.
* Private guest house offering a queen bed and an additional kitchen.

This place is special. We never found ourselves wanting or needing anything here, which made our vacation even more special and peaceful. Rooms are huge. There's plenty to do on property. And the views are unbelievable, during the day and at night. Owners communications were flawless. Highly, highly recommended.

The house is absolutely amazing and as advertised. Glen, the host was clear expectations for check in and check out. He was very quick to respond when I had any questions. He was a wealth of knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. The house easily accommodated our 14 guests. The property is amazing and has amenities to satisfy all needs. Cornhole, horseshoes, bocce, 2 fore pits, a patio for viewing, photos, or dance party! The kitchen is really 2 kitchens and had everything and more! A standalone Freezer and Refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks. The bedrooms each had their own full bathroom, comfy beds, ample closet space, and well lit. There are hiking trails that stem from the property that will bring you to some views of Zion National Park. The sunsets are breathtaking from the house. I would recommend this house to any large group wanting to get away and relax or a base camp to explore Zion National Park

Absolutely stunning property

Our family of 14 traveled from Texas to Utah to hike in Zion, June 2025. Ages 12-84. Location: The house is between Kanab and Springdale, approximately 40 minutes away from Zion visitor center.Weather: We left the house each morning by 6:30am to arrive by 7:10 to ensure we had a parking spot at the visitor center. Because we hiked in the early part of the day, the morning air is fresh at around 55*F. In the afternoon it gets hot, 100*F but no humidity.Internet: meh; not great but we didn't come to be on devices. If you're coming for business, plan accordingly but laptops seem to stay connected well, but not our phones.House/Property: All we can say is "wow"! The house is huge, the property was gorgeous and we all had our own space with plenty of spaces to gather. This place is incredible and I would recommend to anyone that is considering staying with friends or family.Host: Glen was quick to respond and very helpful. ThanksAmenities: The only con is this house is located in a nice gated neighborhood with a camping site and none of the amenities are included (pool, basketball, pickleball, etc). If you are not staying at one of these "included properties" and want to swim, the lodge charges 35/person per day; we weren't willing to spend that. 5 star property and 5 star host. If we make it to Zion again, we'll book this property. If you're planning a trip, go early and hike 1) Angels Landing and 2) Narrows

This property is truly unique! I have not stayed a nicer home. It exceeded our expectations! We had 13 family members, and still didn't use all the bedrooms. The view is exceptional!! I would absolutely recommend this Property!

Awesome property with outstanding views

13 members of our family spent four nights at Bella Zion (while 4 others stayed in a nearby home in Ponderosa Ranch.). We found Bella Zion to be not only gorgeous but also spacious enough for our big group. It was appointed with everything we could possibly need. We had plenty of parking space for our 5 vehicles, and as a bonus feature, we were conveniently located to many beautiful hikes in Zion as well as nearby Jeep and UTV tours. Sunday through Thursday was not ample time to enjoy all the features of this home!!

This is a beautiful property, very spacious, perfect for a retreat to get away and relax. It’s built with all the modern luxury but also blends well with the natural beauty of Zion Park. Wedding Weekend of Our Dreams

You must stay here!! It’s truly a house for giants! We had everything we needed and more for our weekend. We had our family and wedding party stay at the house and then we had about 40 people attend our wedding at the house! It was gorgeous! The beds were VERY comfortable. The movie theater room and hot tubs were SO fun!! I cried when we had to leave. This is a special place. Book it. Right. Now.

Best Zion Retreat

To Start Off, we stayed at this beautiful home with 7 adults and 5 kids. The drive to get there is Stunning and beautiful! Driving in to The Home as well did not disappoint, the owner of the home also had the driveway freshly plowed for us! The views from the home were something out of a magazine, absolutely breath taking. Each room has a beautiful view, spacious and so clean! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, and we all wish we could have stayed forever! Every morning, we saw families of deer, wild turkey’s and could hear the wildlife of birds, woodpeckers & much more! ‘ The Kids were able to play in the snow on the property, so we didn’t need to go anywhere there was so much safe space for the kids to play in the snow ! The owner Glen was nothing but Helpful! When the heater for the water wasn’t working correctly in the master bedroom, Glenn immediately sent someone out to fix it! He was on top of everything making sure we had the most amazing experience for our work trip! Kitchen HAD everything!!! Fully Stocked on cooking equipment! The showers were fully stocked and so clean! The bathrooms were so beautiful and clean, people were making comments on how much they loved the bathroom counters ! We hired a private chef that Glenn recommended to us, and he was amazing!!! He exceeded all our expectations! Anything we needed Glenn Provided! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home! We will 1,000% be back! Also, little tip: The home is far from civilizatio

Wonderful Home for a Family Gathering and Intimate Wedding Celebration

My (now) husband and I found this house during our search for a place to stay for our group of 11 after we decided to get married in Zion National Park! Glen's home had everything we needed and more: Space, amenities, proximity to the park, privacy, connections with a wonderful chef Rheanna, and above all... the views!!! During our booking process and prior to arrival, Glen was very helpful answering any and all our questions. We wanted to host a small dinner on the patio following our wedding and he pointed us in the direction of who we could rent from! Everyone we met knew and loves Glen! We had Rheanna cook dinner for us 3 out of our 4 nights and she became part of the family. The theater is a must, and while most of us fell asleep in the cozy theater chairs, we did make it through half a movie! I would definitely recommend Glen's home and all the additional amenities he offers to anyone looking to stay in Zion!

Gorgeous home for Zion/Bryce vacation

We enjoyed a fabulous mini college reunion at this gorgeous property. The location was perfect for spending a few days in Zion park, a day at Bryce, and a few days just enjoying the home and landscape. Plenty to do and great kitchen for cooking together. Highly recommended!

WOW, book this place now!

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing property. There is a new owner and he made some terrific upgrades including some fun games outside like a bocce ball court, horseshoes, cornhole, and the most comfortable hammock you've ever been on. There are multiple fire pits, a sunset deck, outdoor grills, it just goes on and on. It is just outside of Zion and has a small view of the park on their huge deck. Every night after a day of adventure we would lie on the deck and look at the dark sky and watch satellites, meteors, and shooting stars. The house is huge, the description and pictures are accurate. It's rare to find a house this fabulous, near a national park, that can house so many people. It was wonderful to be together under one roof as a family. Just down the road is the Ponderosa Resort which has a bunch of activities and a restaurant. We rented 2 golf carts so the teenagers could go back and forth if they wanted to do other activities. I cannot say enough about this home and the property owner. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this incredible home and everything it has to offer!

A slice of heaven in Zion!

This is hands down the best VRBO at which we have ever stayed! Glen is an absolutely magnificent host, responding to inquiries almost immediately and being extremely accommodating. If you are looking to book more than just a house, but a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place! We were there to celebrate our dads 80th birthday with 4 generations of family present and there was something for absolutely everyone. My mom keeps asking if she was dreaming or if it really happened. Everything about this home is high-end, no corners were cut in decorating or supplying the house with everything you would need for an exceptional stay. You know those rentals that you get that are all Ikea furniture or obviously the old furniture owners move from their house when they buy new furniture? This is absolutely NOT one of those places. Everything here is top of the line — from the beds in every room to the furniture throughout and outdoors, even kitchen supplies. We didn't really even want to leave the house to go explore Zion, as the house sits in the most perfect location with incredible views in every direction. Some of the top hiking trails in Zion are right outside your door and it's also quite close to Bryce Canyon. We didn't spend a lot of time at the Ponderosa Resort, but the amenities there were also quite nice, with the pool, shop and restaurant. Even learned a spooky ghost story about a nearby house built in the 1900s along the incredible hike down Jolley Gulch.

Wedding Venue with Family

Glen’s Zion Villa is an amazing property. We had our wedding and a reception dinner on two of the Villa’s patio’s with beautiful views of Zion in the background. It was a small ceremony so we were able to have all of our family stay with us on the property. Glen is a great host - he was very helpful with ideas and recommendations for our ceremony. I would highly recommend this property whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, family reunion or just looking for a phenomenal getaway Thank you Glen - it was amazing!!

Amazing property - bar is set too high now

This property was beyond expectations, and expectations were high based on posted photos. The architecture is immaculate, as well as the furniture and accents. We had a perfect family reunion, starting with every family member entering the house with amazement. The only downside is it will be tough to beat this property for future family reunions.

Magical

Our trip to Bella Vista Zion was magical. Our family with four generations gathered from around the country and this beautiful house had something for everyone. The views are outstanding! There are so many outside areas to relax and play. The view from the downstairs master bedroom is amazing! You can see all the stars from your bed. The kids loved the game rooms,theater and hammock.The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for us to enjoy meals together. Zion National Park is close and so beautiful. Glen was so nice and helpful before we got there and there was no reason to contact him while we were there which is good. We would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone visiting Zion!

This is truly an amazing house for a large group

Everything about this home from the views, the fact that every bedroom has their own private bath, the well stocked pantry, the plethora of appliances, pots, pans. dishes was beyond our expectations. Top that with the best Host/Owner Glenn who not only provided us with a ton of great advice prior to our trip but was available throughout our stay by answering phone calls and texts within minutes. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be back again and again.

Wonderful Stay

We came for a family retreat at Zion and this was one of the houses we rented! The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s more like a castle than a house. The amenities were wonderful. The view from the living room is breath taking. It was the nicest house we have ever stayed at. Glen was very kind and understanding of our situation and worked with us above and beyond! We will definitely come back and stay at Glen’s beautiful “castle” when we come back at Zion! Thank you Glen!
