Luxury, elegance, and location. Three words to sum up this truly impressive, brand-new, 5-bedroom vacation home. One could spend a lifetime here and not explore all the amazing sites to be seen. Located above the quaint, historic town of Orderville, this home is the ideal location for those looking to explore what Southern Utah has to offer. Twenty-five minutes to the East entrance of Zion National Park. One hour to Bryce Canyon and two hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Explore the magic of Utah with adventure-packed days, or stay in to enjoy the mountain views and catch sight of the many deer and wild turkeys that roam through the juniper trees of this secluded area. Stay out of Springdale and avoid the crowds. Perfect for extended family stays.

As you walk up the stairs to the large wrap-around deck, you will be in awe of the stunning, panoramic views that surround this magnificent home. Through the main entrance, you will find a large open living space with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass that perfectly frames the beautiful coral cliffs in the distance. Whether sitting by the fireplace on the soft leather sofas, preparing dinner in the well-appointed open kitchen, or sitting down with your loved ones to enjoy a meal, you will not be able to escape the beauty that is southern Utah.

On the main floor, you will also find a half bath and master suite. The master bedroom is fitted with a plush king bed, a lounge area with a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The master also features access to the deck just outside the room, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets over the fields below. The Bathroom features a large soaking tub, dual vanity, separate toilet room, and gorgeous walk-in glass and tile shower.

On the second floor, you will find an open loft that shares the same exceptional coral cliff views as the living room below. This second living area contains a sectional and a TV as well as a separate work area with a desk. Off the loft, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, and the second is furnished with two cozy twins and a TV. Both bedrooms offer glass doors that open to the shared top balcony with endless views of the valley below.

Even the basement of this home was designed to let in natural light and amazing views. It features a large family room with a pool table, soft leather sectional, TV, and cozy electric fireplace. Equipped with a drybar that has a microwave and refrigerator. Off the family room is an eloquently decorated king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a bunk room. The bunk room is brightly decorated with comfy bedding on the twin bunk and full bed. It also offers a twin trundle pull-out under the full bed, allowing the bunk room to sleep up to 4.

Unwind at the end of a long day exploring as you soak in the hot tub or sit around the private fire pit sharing tales of your adventures and take in the magnificent starry skies.

Absolutely one of the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed at. Well kept, close to all the National Parks. We enjoyed sitting on the patios in the mornings before and after day tripping. The pool table and hot tub are terrific extras.

Great staging area for Zion and Bryce!

We had a group of nine adults and were very comfortable here. Easy to cook meals in or close enough to dinner out in Kanab. Hot tub was great for star gazing at night! This is a house in the middle of a neighborhood under construction, so expect noise and dust during daytime hours.

Beautiful Property, Thoughtfully Maintained

We were a large party, eight adults and four kiddos. There was plenty of space for cousins to hang out in the game room, for adults to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces and private rooms, and a spacious dining and kitchen area to prepare meals. The smart (alexa) refrigerator was fun!Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests, from a kitchen supplied with good knives, pots and pans, service dishes for large parties, and cleaning supplies to bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, this property made for a completely stress free experience. We have been to properties where we wound up having to bring basics like dish soap and sponges, but this house was like walking into a home. Everything was ready!Alex and Vanessa were prompt and easy to communicate with, answering all our questions and providing both an online guest book to read beforehand and an instruction book in the house. The location near Zion and Bryce makes this an ideal place for both parks, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My husband even went for a morning run. We would definitely stay here again, and found out later, that my best friend had stayed in the adjoining property to Copper Rock Ridge the previous year and also had a wonderful experience.

Absolutely perfect

Beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. The house was wonderfully decorated and the shower was amazing. The Christmas decorations made the trip feel cozy and relaxing. I would give 10 out of 10 every time . I will definitely book with you again when we come back out to Zion national park

Perfect home

The house was amazing, every bit as nice and accommodating as the pictures had shown. The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms very clean and the basement area was perfect with a pool table and TV area. The main floor was open, and we had most everything we needed in the kitchen, as well. The wrap around deck was my favorite part of the house, allowing us to sit out and watch the sun go down on the beautiful scenery and then to watch the stars come up and fill the night sky. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Perfect place to stay for visiting Zion and Bryce. We had three families (11 people ) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The combined living room, kitchen, and dining area was perfect for gathering and sharing meals. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. Kids loved hanging out in the basement and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends Gather at Beautiful Copper Rock Ridge!

What a perfect retreat for our group of friends! Copper Rock Ridge was exactly as stated on the VRBO website! Tucked away amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Orderville, Utah. This place was easily accessible to Bryce, Zion, and Kanab. As we stepped into this luxurious home, we were aware of the attention to details both inside and outside. Everything we needed was available to us. We loved the open concept with the gourmet kitchen sharing an area of comfortable seating surrounding a warm gas fireplace. All the bedrooms had extremely comfortable beds and ample space. The large deck was a perfect gathering place for an evening glass of wine. Also, the beautiful, extremely clean hot tub helped us escape after our busy days hiking. We could only hope others will have the opportunity to be a part of this amazing experience at Copper Rock Ridge. The hosts made it extremely easy to make it the ultimate vacation spot. They shared any and all information needed about the house and the surrounding areas. Our time at Copper Rock Ridge was a dream come true!

Amazing Home for Extended Family

My extended family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautiful home, and also a perfect distance away from Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Family Trip to Bryce and Zion National Parks

Everything about the location, and condition of the property was wonderful. There were many thoughtful considerations of travelers needs in kitchen, bathrooms, and great room. This place is a modernized cabin set in the heart of white cliff country. Easily and quickly accessible from the main road, it’s authentic cabin exterior gives way to an interior that is completely up to date. Christmas vacation

Christmas vacation was a success. Not too far from a convenience store just in case we needed something. Pizza Hut was 30 mins away. Christmas dinner was prepared with plenty of kitchen appliances that were available to us. we needed to use the blender and when we tried it it was broken, our host brought us a new one right away. They constantly checked on us asking if we needed anything to let them know. Very attentive and polite. We would love to come back on another occasion.

Beautiful, CLEAN home with every great attention to detail!

This beautiful home might be the nicest VRBO we've ever rented. It is incredibly clean and everything you might need (and lots more!) is provided. There was plenty of space for everyone - which is helpful when travelling with teens. : ) Communication was helpful and prompt. Location between Zion and Bryce was perfect. Be sure to try The Blue Mule cafe for a wonderful meal. We can't wait to return!

Amazing!

We just returned home from an absolutely amazing trip to Utah… Copper Rock Ridge was the perfect home for our family to stay while we visited Zion and Bryce Canyon. Decor was beautiful, house was well stocked with all the essentials, and plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The game room in basement was such a great time after a long day of hiking. We will definitely be back!!

A perfect trip with a wonderful house for our family

My family and I couldn't have been happier with this house, its beautiful and private location, the great owners and just everything about it. We (all 13 of us) had a wonderful time. The house added to the special feeling of our vacation in this beautiful part of the country. Architecturally it suits the site well with high ceilings, beautiful wood framing and lovely decks all around - perfect for enjoying the changing sunlight on the views front and back. Also we enjoyed the open and well-stocked kitchen and more. The beds were very comfortable as was the other furniture. We felt at home as soon as we entered and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. We would all highly recommend it

Quite magestic sanctuary.

As grandparents, we do trips as Christmas gift giving. To see their faces as they walked into the house was priceless. We have done many trips before but to find a house that fit every age was always the difficult part of the planning. This house was not only beautiful but had everything we needed and for every age to make our week complete. From towels to spices this house had everything and everthing thing was quility. If we needed anything they came in less 30 minutes. One of the best parts was the ability to rent the cassita above the garage. It was a two bedroom apartment perfect for the teen cousins to have some quiet time away from the littles. The house is situated up on a hill. It was so quite. You can see only a few other houses up there. There was a family of deer that we viewed every evening. The stars are brilliant out there. This house also sits between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. We hiked everyday. It truly was the perfect vacation and a perfect house.

Perfect visit

The home was perfect. Spotless, perfectly equipped, down to every detail including hand warmers and laundry detergent. The location was ideal for visiting Zion and Bryce and when my son cut his hand, the emergency room was 20 minutes away for instant, capable, friendly service. Beer is available at the nearby gas station, but if you would like wine or spirits, better bring them along. We were six people, but there was plenty of space for more guests. We felt quite spoiled and would gladly return any time.

Beautiful home!

Great home to relax in after a day of touring parks. Location great for parks. Only negative about location is very limited food. We knew ahead and brought meats and produce. Local store has the rest of what you need. Kanab is great place for restaurants. Really enjoyed the home and firepit in the evenings.
