NEW LUX TWO BEDROOM CONDO AT LEVENT BEACH RESORT IN AWARD-WINNING EAGLE BEACH

This 1280 sq ft. beach view two bedroom condo offers stunning direct views of Award-winning Eagle beach from the balcony which extends across the length of the unit and features a four seat dining table.

This unit sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room features a pullout sleeper sofa bed. All of the bedrooms are nicely appointed with flat screen TVs, modern luxurious decor, built-in closet space and ensuite private bathrooms with showers. An additional half bath is also accessible from the main living area.

The open plan structure has a living and dining area that opens up to the kitchen. The dining area features a table for six and an island that overlooks the modern European kitchen that is fullsized and fully equipped with brand new appliances.

The laundry room features a washer and dryer for your added convenience.

Amenities that make this unit comfortable include free unlimited wifi, cable tv, three flat screen TVs and a lock box.

As well, to enrich your experience in this condo, we offer hotel-style amenities such as daily refresh of bathroom towels, trash removal, make-up of the beds and extended bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel of local Aruba Aloe products.

Facilities of the resort are many. They include a sunset rooftop patio, free parking onsite, several lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, a gym, playground for children, mini market and a communal alfresco dining space with bbq grills, ideal for gathering with large groups.

The stunning pool area includes a large saltwater pool, a shallow wading and children’s pool, and a hot tub.
The area is beautifully landscaped with luscious greenery and colourful plant life. It is a truly relaxing oasis.

For your walks to the beach, there are beach chairs, a rolling cooler and beach towel service included with your stay.
We work with an on-site management team to provide concierge services as needed.

On Eagle beach you will find many water sport rentals, a beach bar, and a restaurant. It is also the home of the Aruba beach tennis Open.

In the vicinity, you will also find a number of other restaurants, a large modern supermarket (Superfoods), and casinos. The recently updated hospital is just a short drive away as is Palm Beach and the hotel district.

One Happy Stay on One Happy Island!

Gemma's place is everything we expected and more. Le Vent is a very nice building. Condo had an amazing view, large balcony and well-appointed kitchen. Really nice pool area with very easy access to Eagle beach (chairs provided), and walkable to a nice supermarket and many restaurants. Staff onsite was very helpful. We'll be back!

Awesome Stay

The property is in a prime location, well maintained and has everything you need to have a great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was an issue with an air filter but was resolved quickly. Likely to return.

Perfect stay at LeVent!

We just stayed at the LeVent condos from 1/14-1/18/20. My husband and I went with another couple friend of ours. The condo complex is relatively new and is well maintained. It is located directly across the streeet form the Eagle Beach entrance. There is a Management company right on site to help answer questions, help with restaurant reservations, taxis etc.. It also has a fitness room and the pool and hot tob area was very nice. Our condo was on the 5 th floor and the views were fabulous. The condo was very well decorated and everything was like new. The condo owner, Gemma was very responsive to all questions previous to our arrival. The condo had absolutely everything one would ever need for a perfect vacation right down to a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. We ate most of out meals right in the Eagle Beach area. Food was fabulous so no need to leave unless you wanted to explore. We walked every day and found the path along the beaches very walkable. Aruba is a beautiful island and you can't go wrong staying at LeVent. We would all definitely return and highly recommend both the island and LeVent.

LeVent was perfect for us. Amazing views of Eagle Beach and sunset! Everything we needed was provided, beach chairs, cooler, towels. The trip and the stay was wonderful. We highly recommend!!

One Week Stay

Great location, near restaurants, the beach and a grocery store. Super ocean views. Beach not crowed. Sometimes too windy to stay on the beach too long. Need a dehumidifier for the condo. We had to hung our clothes and bath towels out on the porch (to dry) before using them. Nothing would dry in the unit.
