This beautifully renovated condo boasts a contemporary coastal design with luxury plank flooring, all-new furnishings, and stylish décor. With breathtaking direct views of the beach and the Gulf, this corner unit offers the perfect setting for your next coastal getaway.

The open living area is both inviting and spacious, featuring a comfortable couch, two cozy chairs, and balcony access where you can enjoy the wrap-around balcony's stunning views of the Gulf. The well-equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, ample prep space, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals for your group. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.plenty of space for the 7 of us. Great communication with host company. We had been made aware of the work being done on the balconies before our arrival, so that was a distraction.We also had issues with electrical outlets in both bathrooms but maintenance tried to get it working before we !eft but they had tyh

Check in was off site which is inconvenient. Door lock code and door were difficult. Appliances need updating. All dishes etc were mismatched. No k cup coffee pot (as stated). Had to use ice cube trays. Not enough pots to cook with. Washing machine sounded like a lear jet. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Couch was not comfy. All furniture could use an update. All sliding doors were heavy. Curtains were dirty. No TV in the master bedroom. Smell of weed constantly from condos. Only nice thing was the view. Would not stay in this condo again unless some upgrades are done. This was #3601

Family vacation

We stayed here for a week with our family for a nice family vacation. We had 6 adults and one infant. The location is perfect, pools are nice and always clean, beach is wonderful and perfect views from the balcony. Beds are comfortable. The only complaints we would have is the baby just started crawling and her knees were black from the floors. There is also very little kitchen supplies and the washer needs to be ran when you are not there due to it sounds like a jet. I would suggest updating kitchen refrigerator (freezer does not work great, our ice cream did not stay frozen and there is no ice maker), toaster, can opener, pots and pans, cooking utensils. I would also update washing machine. I also highly recommend renting the chairs and umbrellas.
