Whether you are relaxing in the AC watching TV or catching some rays by one of the three pools, there is plenty to do here for the whole family. This condo also features a full kitchen with plenty of dining options.

This updated condo is part of the Sugar Beach Condominiums, a beachfront complex with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. You'll be in the midst of Orange Beach's many shops, restaurants, and recreational outfitters; two miles east of the Gulf State Park Pier; and five miles east of the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. And when you're not swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding in the Gulf, the go-karts, bumper boats, and endless activities of Adventure Island are only two miles east.

*Dear guest, please note that there will be construction going on between 7 AM and 9 PM. There may be construction at the complex, as well as a new condominium being built on the property next door, which will continue through at least the end of the present year. Work is being performed daily using heavy machinery, so construction noise is significant and previously shown views from the balcony may be impacted. This is taking place immediately adjacent to Sugar Beach, approximately 10-15 yards from this rental.

Met our needs for a quick stay.

This was a clean condo. Good bit of maintenance going on as to be expected during the off season. The condo was fine but the outside of the building and hallways could use some touching up.

When we got there the door wouldn’t unlock! Called they told me what to do over the phone still no good! Then got another phone call finally got me in about an hour later! then wanted to take a shower and NO HOT WATER! So I called back and that was no good same person called me back that helped with door and said well it’s Friday night and I doubt I can get anyone there!! Well that’s not my problem!! The same person said I am 2 hours away! Here again NOT MY PROBLEM! Come to find out the hot water heater was off at the breaker! So finally we have hot water! Now we notice there is no hot water in the kitchen sink! No water at all when you turn the hot water on which tells me there is no hot water in the dish washer either! The room needs dusting espically in the bathroom! If you are going to enjoy the beach it’s perfect but if you are going to sit on the balcony for the view don’t! The view is of the road! The last thing I will say is that the toilet paper was like sandpaper! Bring your own tp

The property was adequate for the price we paid. There were a few minor inconveniences. Single coffee maker, toaster didn’t work, and our keypad stopped working. We had to wait over an hour for a locksmith. Overall, the room and property was clean and provided the rest we needed.

Perfect studio for 2 adults

The proprty on the outside is well kept. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and the elevator has broken down both times. Luckily they have 2. The hallways show sins of needing repair. But the room was excellent.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The bathroom is moldy the refrigerator is old and rusty and the air conditioner does not work. All of which I find interesting when you get charged cleaning fee that is nearly the same amount as the nightly rate. My daughter and I were woke up at 4 o’clock in the morning due to the construction happening around the whole building. This unit is not as advertised.

this was a clean studio apartment, there was no extra seating (just chairs at the bar and 2 chairs at a breakfast table) we only had 3 towels so we had to wash and dry towels everyday. the apartment was stocked with essential kitchen items. the balcony did not have a beach view, just a view of the road and the condo being built next door . nice just for a quick weekend getaway

Misrepresented

Overall, a quite place. The listing was grossly misrepresented. There is absolutely no view of the beach from this room, unless you lean over the balcony, and look between the building and neighboring building. The bed was about to fall in, furniture was very cheap and rickety. The bedding sucked and only had 2 pillows, which were very flat. The refrigerator door was about to fall off the hinges too. The air conditioning was a piece of crap window unit, stuck through the wall, which couldn't keep up, and would get very hot in the room, and ran the entire time. The only view this unit has, is of the street. If you're just looking for a place to stay, it's okay, but you can get a hotel with a kitchenette for a 3rd the cost, and have much more room and comfort. At the price, it's a 1-star.

Roach hotel

The room was filthy. The towels were not clean. There were roaches everywhere! The shower curtain was covered in mold. The fridge won’t stay closed. Had to use the trash can to keep the door closed. The parking lot is full of feral cats. Oh and don’t forget that’s an additional cost of $25 for parking. The A/C is a window unit that was barely working because the filter hadn’t been cleaned ever! I had to clean it just to get it to cool the room. If you’re wanting a good place to stay, find somewhere else to book. I think sleeping in my truck in a Walmart parking lot would have been a better experience. Oh and three of the four pools were closed off due to construction or the fact that they had lost the key to the gate.
