Picture yourself in paradise! You can find your own perfect getaway in this beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo at Phoenix VIII.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The dining area offers seating for four so your entire family can enjoy lunch or dinner without having to leave. I just love to walk into a condo and see that it is well cared for and has a fresh coat of paint. I loved the decor and of course the view was spectacular! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Good last minute getaway spot

went for a spur of the moment getaway. Decent location. A little crowded because of the holiday but still pleasant. Only problem was incorrect navigation on the app, but that was easily corrected.
