Vacation in Paradise @ this Gulf Front Condo

Decorated in a modern-caribbean blend, this 15th floor, 2 bedroom condo commands a spectacular panoramic Gulf view. Beachside pastels bathe the luxury living area which includes a 46" HDTV and carefully placed seating for maximum Gulf views. The master suite offers stunning views, luxury comfort and an elegant master bath with private entrance. The guest bedroom is perfect for the children or singles with two twin beds, flat screen television, DVD player and separate bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a convenient breakfast bar with stools. Catch a glorious sunrise or settle into the night with a slow southern sunset. Come enjoy paradise with the best view along the beach.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, 32" TV/DVD
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, 27" TV/DVD
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, 46" flat screen TV

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, Monthly Rentals Available

Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in
Monthly rentals require $500 down payment, remainder of 1st month due 60 days prior to check-in

The property was very welcoming. Instructions throughout were very clear. The beds were comfortable! The elevators were surprisingly quick given the amount of floors. All of the pools were very nice and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely visit again. I would have enjoyed a bar at the pool but we were able to take coolers down no problem.

The Beach

the property was clean. had an issue with the smoke detector going off the first 3 days. kitchen was equipped with everything to cook with but not coffee filters or Salt/pepper. liked the location of the condo. pools and the grounds were nice.

Perfect first family trip

We stayed in this property for our first trip as a family of 3 and had a wonderful time! The unit was very clean and the furniture was all in good condition. We loved sitting on the balcony at night after we got the baby down for the night, and enjoyed the proximity to both the beach and the multiple pools onsite. We plan to visit this exact unit in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view!

The condo was so spacious and beautiful and had an amazing view! It’s in a very convenient location with grocery stores etc across the street, numerous restaurants nearby, and easy beach and pool access. Our kids loved the condo pools and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The beach felt very close, and the only downside was not being able to put up tents close to the water, but I think it’s like that everywhere. The balcony was the perfect spot to relax with a view. Wonderful stay, would love to stay there again!

Girls annual summer vacation

We went to the beach for our annual, mother, daughter & granddaughters summer vacation. We were very happy with our beautiful condo. There were a couple of extra amenities that were a pleasant surprise. The only things that were a little bit of a problem for us was lack of hot water (5 girls showering to go out to dinner!)and the pull-out sofa wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend!

Fathers Day Weekend

We went for Father’s day weekend. The condo is actually even bigger than it looked. The view is great from the main bedroom, den and balcony. We did not cook much but the kitchen was well-stocked. There is plenty of seating in the den and dining areas. If I am being really picky, more comfortable pillows would be nice, but this is a great condo that I would definitely stay in again!

Amazing property! We’ve stayed many places in OB and this unit was the best by far!,

Of all the paces we’ve stayed in OB this particular condo had the cleanest rooms, cleanest common areas, nicest amenities, best location, and kindest staff. Our unit itself was stocked with everything we needed and even things we didn’t realize we needed until we arrived. Will DEFINITELY stay here in the future. Wonderful vacation for couples or families.

Great find!

We decided last minute to add the beach onto our mountain trip. This was a perfectly located condo. I loved the west tower because it was closer to some houses and the beach was not crowded. The kids also loved the pools and we would go afternoon and night. The condo itself was spacious and clean. It had a great balcony. Will definitely stay here again!
