  • Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

    Tradewinds is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

    STAY AND PLAY
    This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

    *The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great location! Getting in was breeze. Would suggest mattresses get updated or at least put a foam topper on them. Only thing is we didn’t get the check out list/expectations before leaving. Communicated with them what we did do though.

This was in the most perfect location in Orange Beach. You have easy access right onto and off the beach and the 1st floor is perfect. You have a full view of the ocean and it’s very easy to get your beach stuff up and down. The space is a great size for two adults but would still be comfortable for 2 adults with 2 children. You are very centralized so it’s not far to any activity and the stay and play package is nice for getting a free ticket for certain activities. The beds were comfortable and everything was well kept and clean. Only complaint is you only get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and two small trash bags for the length of the stay so you will want to bring extra if you have more than two people staying. Everything is nice, looks just like pictures but the best part is definitely the location!

Room wasn’t as clean as I prefer. Sand in bed and in sheets with stains. I rewashed once we got there. Fridge wasn’t working properly after maintenance finally came the next day stated was working fine just had too much stuff in there. However we have fridge at home so understand how one of those works. Our food should not have gotten warm!! There was one security guard that took her job super serious and was yelling at everyone. Was okay but won’t stay there again! However loved the view and orange beach.

September getaway

Loved the closeness to the ocean and the view. Location was great, not too congested , but close to restaurants. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Security officer made frequent rounds and had office on site. Very nice ,quiet and family friendly.
