  • Summer Salt West es una nueva y lujosa casa de playa frente al golfo en Orange Beach. Construcción terminada en mayo de 2014. Traiga a su familia o grupo y experimente el espacio y la privacidad de un retiro frente al golfo de 7 dormitorios y 6 baños con una piscina privada compartida. La piscina compartida es de 800 pies cuadrados con una cubierta de piscina de 2,222 pies cuadrados. El nivel principal tiene un balcón frontal del golfo del ancho de la casa. Puedes sentarte y ver jugar a la familia en la piscina frente al golfo compartido o contemplar las olas y las aguas verde esmeralda del golfo. Justo adentro encontrarás la espaciosa sala de estar con TV de alta definición de 55 pulgadas, comedor y cocina. El primer nivel tiene 2 de las 7 habitaciones con camas king. 1 dormitorio ofrece un baño privado, mientras que el otro tiene un pequeño balcón privado con orientación norte. En el segundo nivel encontrará los 5 dormitorios restantes y la lavandería. Hay 2 suites de dormitorio principal frente al golfo con camas king que comparten un balcón. El siguiente es un cuarto de literas en el medio con 8 literas incorporadas. Los 2 dormitorios finales están en el lado norte con una cama king en uno y 2 camas queen en el otro. Summer Salt West duerme cómodamente a 24 personas con 4 de las 7 habitaciones que contienen baños privados, ofreciendo privacidad para los huéspedes incluso en una casa de este tamaño. La ropa de cama es: 5 camas King, 2 reinas, 8 literas individuales y un sofá cama. La sala de estar y las 7 habitaciones tienen TV con Blu-Ray. Family Time

Spacious & comfortable! Great place to reconnect & build precious memories with my family. We had ages 6 weeks old to 84 years old!

Family Vacation

It was a beautiful stay! The house was amazing and the pool was very refreshing. I wasn’t happy with the late check in and early check out… it was a hefty price to pay for having to check out so early. Other then that everything was great!

Amazing stay. Beach was beautiful. Rooms were huge. Had a work trip fishing trip. Ten adult men plenty of room. House is the perfect spot to go east or west for food and shopping. Steamers is a must. Utilize the beach chairs on the water !!

Beautiful home! Great access to the beach! Spacious and fit our large family well! Attentive to our needs and very responsive. We did have issues with our refrigerator cooling, and had to call twice, but they did come back until resolved. Would recommend treating the steps with a grit paint as we had two guests slip & fall down the slippery steps to the pool area, but overall a wonderful stay with an incredible view/location!

Family Vacation, one issue

Great property, well laid out. Pool is shared by 4 properties, but no issues. Family came from several locations and only can park 4 cars at house, this is city ordnance to allow room for fire equipment. This house is 7 bedrooms, does this make sense? You have to fine parking for extra vehicles.

Nice, but kind of noisy.

The pool is nice but it's shared with several other condos. The entire time we were there, it was swamped by screaming little kids, leaving us unable to use it, except for a few hours. The large condo to the west plays VERY loud rock and roll with a screaming DJ until 6 or 7 PM. The place was OK, but don't expect to get a lot of peace and quite, at least until high season ends.

Great Beach Vacay

We had a great time on a Labor Day. Not a far drive from the famous FloraBama and many restaurants. House was beautiful and perfect to be able to walk straight to the beach.

Making family memories

Out family had a wonderful time. Loved the pool and loved the ease of the beach within steps. My only issue with our stay was there is basically no place to grill. The property has an iron grate on an iron pole that literally would hold 4 hamburgers. This is a HUGE drawback for me and would keep me from staying there again. At this price point and knowing that over a dozen people will be staying in a house of this size why would you not have a nice gas grill. Grilling is one of our favorite things to do on our family vacation so it was a big issue with me.

Summer Salt West 2

Some maintenance issues upon arrival. Many burned out light bulbs that were replaced second day there. Couple drawers broken but inconsequential to stay. Shower/ tub drains slow draining. We dealt with it without notifying manny. Great house for heads in beds and floor plan. Nice to have pool sandwiched between house and beach. Trash cans pick up and there return was an issue but we dealt with that also. Like most situations there was small issues but all in all a great experience

Great property!

Summer Salt West was perfect for our family Christmas get together. There was plenty of room for the 20 of us. We loved the openness, the view, the 2 refrigerators, the bunk room, and all the bathrooms. It was clean and we would definitely recommend. This is our second year staying at this beach house. The kids swam in the pool this December and the house is right on the beach for easy access. We hope to stay again next year!

Perfect house for extended families! Easy to locate, central to the strip, and easy access to rent beach chairs! Would love to stay again!

Summer Salt west Orange Beach

What a great week at Summer Salt West. I rented this house for my kids and grandkids which was 18 people. It was perfect! Short walk to beach and swimming pool for little ones when they come off of beach. The eight bunk bed room was great for all the cousins to be in one room. House was very clean and had everything we needed. (Except kitchen trash can was missing). Every adult family had their own room and separate bathrooms. We will definitely go back. 5 Stars!

Loved the house!

We have been going to the gulf coast at least once for over 30 years. We started with four families of Air Force friends two units or one large if we could find it. Now just us and kids and their kids and their kid. This house impressed us so much that we booked it again for next summer before we left!

Had a Great Stay

The pictures dont do the property justice. Everything was GREAT! Couple things that the property needs: a pancake skillet and mats in the tubs. Some of the loungers at the pool were in bad shape, but enough to handle our group of 23! Other than that - it was very comfortable, clean and exceeded our expectations. It was a great family vacation.
