This second-floor condo is located in the Grande Caribbean condominium, directly across the street from the sandy white sands of Orange Beach. Step out onto your private balcony and watch the beautiful sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. This condo also features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal with plenty of seating for dining with the whole family. After dinner, head downstairs and have a little fun in the shared, outdoor pool, or cross the street and take a sunset stroll on the beach!

This rental is conveniently located right in the heart of Orange Beach! You are within walking distance of many local shops, activities, and coastal dining. Alabama Gulf State Park is less than four miles away where you can explore the nature trails, picnic alongside Lake Shelby, or ride your bike on the trails that take you through the entire park! Whether you are shopping in town or relaxing by the pool at the condo you are sure to find plenty of fun for the entire family!

Security camera details: Please note that the HOA board has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and the parking lot. Cameras are located in the elevator, out by the pool and in the breezeway of the elevators and also in the parking lot



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Master bathroom had a clogged sink that would not drain, broken lamp in living room, other bedroom had a broken closet door. Owner relations manager Kendra Parrish was rude to us. Parking information was not clear and we were told two different prices. No hair dryer. Will not stay there again.

Home away from home!

The property was just as it was described in the listing and was perfect size for our family vacation. It was conveniently located near the beach access and grocery stores for shopping. We all had a great time!

Great location, but just seemed a little run down and not completely cleaned between guests as we found confetti pieces on the night stands not from us. There was a big hole in the wall in the little bathroom… We also Couldn’t reach the owner. Tried calling and messaging on the app and text. Could not get ahold of them during our 3 day stay to ask them questions because they gave us two separate check out times. Picture frames just fell of the wall, and shattered as they had not hung them on the walls correctly. (We we’re nowhere near the frames when it happened). Just seemed like lots of opportunity for false damage accusations. Like I said, nice area we liked it other than those inconveniences!

Nice place

We had a fun girls trip. However, we were loud on the balcony after quiet hours and we realize that but the owner of the condos spot lighted us and told us to pack our bags and threatened us that we were going to jail after not giving us a warning. We immediately went inside and we’re respectful the rest of the time, but I did not like that he spotlighted us while we were on the balcony, very uncalled for. And the security guard was creepy and made us feel uncomfortable. Other than the encounters with the two men, great stay. The condo itself was perfect.

Beach Getaway success!

Suite 214 at the Grande Caribbean was wonderful! Every little appliance and kitchen tool needed was there, private balcony was enjoyable with comfortable maintenance free patio furniture to watch traffic and the beach. Easy walk to the beach, just have to cross traffic. Very clean upon arrival! Would return again

Not well kept

The key lock was awkward and we could not get the key back into it. There was only one key and there were two people so we could not go our separate ways. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable, saggy. We finally unfolded it to lay on the sleeper bed to watch TV. I would not allow my dog to sleep on that. It was strictly box springs sticking you in your back. The door to the patio did not shut tight. Because of that, the traffic noise was in the condo was excessive. You should warn people that the pool is right next to the main drag and it was very noisy. You could not hear yourself speak. The guest toilet ran and made noises all the time. The towel racks in the master bath are coming off the walls. There was no description of what the TV channels were. A more updated coffee maker would be nice. Full size washer and dryer were nice. The beds were comfy though. The beds were comfy though.
