  • You will enjoy the view from this 6th floor unit. There are balconies just off of the master bedroom and living room. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Seaside has 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, 2 great grilling areas, tennis courts and a fitness room. Seaside is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities within one mile. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

It was our first time staying at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach and rooms. We will definitely be returning guests.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice but in need of some updating. Loved the large wrap around balcony. Beautiful view of the beach. Would stay again.

Room needs updates but we were only in the room to sleep and shower The 2 twin beds need to be switched to 2 Full size beds. Seemed like wasted space for that size room Overall experience was good Not very costly, we will definitely rent again

Condo is nothing like the photos!! Extremely outdated was nasty upon arrival we had to clean the unit ourself carpets had stains everywhere not to mention dirty dishes. It claims pools are open until 10pm but there locked up before 8pm

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: We loved the location of the room in proximity to the pool and beach. Very close walk. The property manager was helpful and pleasant . Negatives: One working elevator that took forever. We took 6 flights of stairs most of the time. Condo was clean, but needs serious updating. We did have some broken things in the condo that were reported to management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re here for the beach, this condo is inexpensive and on the beach. The property manager was SO kind and helpful. I would 100% rent from this company again, but not this particular condo. Appreciated some updated items like some furniture and new flooring. However, the kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms need major updating. The washer and dryer are NOT equipped for a 3-bedroom condo. Also, the condo sleeps 8 but only has 4 patio chairs. Legitimately cut my hand on the rusted master bathroom sink. And overall, the condo could use some deep cleaning - questionable stains/dirt on surfaces like dresser and closet doors.

Reviewer Comments: when we first arrived the hall bathroom was leaking when commode was flushed but was taken care of quickly. the sliding balcony door handle was very loose and i left a message on the counter for that to be reported. this is our 3rd time to stay in this rental and love the location and the whole complex. the old carpet had been replaced with flooring and new table, chairs and coffee table also replaced.management is always very prompt taking care of any problems. i love staying in this unit.

Needs some minor attention and upkeep. Couple outlets missing covers. Still, for the price not horrible. However the facility, terrible for kids. Security constantly getting onto kids. Couldn't throw a football in the grass area, couldn't have music playing by pool at any volume. Not Coastals fault at all, just wouldn't recommend for kids that are active

The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced and other small things. Besides that the condo was great. We did have a problem with our air conditioner. Coastal properties stepped in, and was great working with us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very satisfied.

Directions for leaving key was not clear at all! Also housekeeping came at 9:00 when check out was 1

The property was great’ condo wasn’t quite as clean as it should have been and housekeeping was very rude! They came at 9 when checkout clearly stated 10 and was very rude because we hadn’t left yet.

Not Cleaned and Not Properly Maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo should not be on the rental market until it has been cleaned, serviced and refurbished from top to bottom. The a/c filter was so dirty the a/c wouldn’t run more than 3 minutes, the a/c closet was full of lint and dirt, multiple lamps were missing bulbs, remotes missing batteries, furniture was dusty, missing baseboards, bathtub was dirty, glass dining table was streaked and had prints, carpet is dirty and stained, towels are stained and quite rough, a/c vent in bathroom missing cover (has a gaping hole in the ceiling), closets are crammed with an old stained pack-n-play, dirty blankets and “junk”, broken dining room chair that has been repeatedly reported to management, broken table on patio, filthy hood vent over stove, broken wall outlet covers, black mold on a/c vents. Roach was scrambling in bedroom on first night. All in all a real downer for our trip. We knew it was an older looking unit but did not expect the filth and lack of upkeep and maintenance. WiFi is spotty and weak - watching Netflix involves constant buffering. The best thing about the unit is the side view of the beach. This is a brutally honest review that I sure wish someone had submitted before our family spent our hard earned money on this unit. Management responded promptly when asked to bring light bulbs and a new a/c filter. Unfortunately the a/c still did not function properly with the clean filter and we had to remove it for the a/c to run. We have photos that are available but can't figure out how to post them here. Both the cleaning service and the management company should be fired!
