The dining area has seating for four plus an additional three at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and patio access. This condo is on the beach side so no crossing a road to get to the beach, but it is NOT directly on the beach. To get to the beach from the condo, simply walk across the parking lot or follow the sidewalk along the west side of the complex. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through third-party beach service company during the Spring and Summer months. The tropical courtyard features two large outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, gazebo, shuffleboard, and outdoor beach-side showers. Other amenities at Seaside Beach & Racquet include exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables. This gated community has an on-site security guard on duty.

After passing guard gate, turn right immediately past tennis courts (between tennis court and building 2) and park in a space to the left. Unit 2103 is on the ground level. No trailers.
