Sandy Cheeks is a four-bedroom, four-bath home where you (and your pup) can kick back and relax!



Pet Policy:



• Pet-friendly! One dog under 30 lbs is welcome.



• $150 non-refundable pet fee added to your stay.



Living Areas & Bedrooms:



• Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home! The dining area seats eight, plus four additional bar stools.



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• The third bedroom has two queen-size beds



• The fourth bedroom has a set of queen-size bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Upstairs living area features two sleeper sofas



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the home



• Resort-style amenities include a putting green, fire pits, sparkling outdoor pool, pool house, and grilling area. The home includes cornhole, perfect for relaxing afternoons and friendly competition.



• Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.



Parking & Rules:



• Parking for up to four vehicles.



• No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers.



• Guests must provide their own propane for the grill/fireplace or charcoal for the community grill.

The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
