Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention!     CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
    All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

    WHAT WE STOCK
    As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    SPECIAL NOTES
    * Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
    * No pets allowed.
    * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
    * No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
    * No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
    * Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

    PARKING INFO:
    Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

This was one of the cleanest, freshest condos we have rented. Love the fresh bedding and the abundance of high quality towels. Furniture appeared to be new and very comfortable. Garage parking is a plus on Orange Beach. The location is convenient to all things in Orange Beach, and is located on the quieter end of the beach. Management: Alabama Getaway Beach Getaway Rentals goes above and beyond in making guests comfortable and accommodating requests.

This is our third time staying at Regency Isle. We love the beach and pool access and the layout of the units with 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, 2 bedrooms, and nice big balconies. This is the most up to date and elegant one that we've stayed in. Very nicely furnished and the master bathroom remodel is perfect.

Family Vacation

Our first time visiting Orange Beach was wonderful. The condo was immaculate and in a very nice area of the beach. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. We all agreed we will definitely be back next year.

Exceeded all of our expectations

As soon as I stepped foot in the unit, I was amazed at how clean it was. The unit was beautifully decorated and the mattresses were very comfortable to sleep in. Great location and appreciated how easy it was working with the property manager. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing!!!!

This was my first time staying and we loved it. When we walked in the place smelled so clean. The place was gorgeous!!! We had a few question due to doing this for the first time and our host answered so quick. Very impressed.

Very Comfortable

Nice place to stay. The kitchen supplies were okay, not great (skillets, pans, etc.). Nice location and amenities with covered parking, beach service for umbrellas and chairs, gym and three elevators. A restroom located on the ground level by the pool is convenient.

Great Stay in Orange Beach

Unit was lovely and as described. Balcony was huge and very private. Access to the beach was convenient. I was glad we chose OB over GS, which is much more crowded in terms of shops and therefore people. Just a side note - the pool water was very cold and not many people were using it. Also, no Kleenex is supplied.

Great stay!

Our second time in this unit. Will stay again! Clean, well-stocked, and great location. Upgrades to unit, so pictures need updating. Great upgrades,though. Was under the impression that we would have two parking passes (one for the unit and one for our other family vehicle on ground floor), but we only got one parking pass and had to pay for the other (this was different from our stay in the past). Just be prepared. Again- great stay and will book again!

Wonderful stay!

What a great stay we had!! This was the perfect condo unit and location. This place was absolutely spotless upon arrival. It even smelled fresh. The decor was lovely, functional, and very comfortable. All items needed for cooking were included in the kitchen and there were plenty of clean towels and blankets. The tiled balcony and polywood seating made for great dinners and family time with an incredible view of the ocean. Check in and communication before arriving was so easy and all questions were answered immediately. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!
