Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

If I had to pick anything I would want to be different it would be a larger bathroom in the bedroom with the two beds. Other than that this condo was absolutely perfect! We loved our stay there. Beautiful views from both the front entrance of our condo and the awesome view from the balcony.

We enjoyed our quick stay at this property. The condo was perfect. Just like the pictures and management was helpful. The only thing I would add slightly negative is that the kitchen appliances need some updating and the toaster definitely needs to be replaced. But other than that we had a fabulous time and will hopefully return in the future.

They stay was wonderful. We could have used more bath towels, but we needed more because our family is bigger. The dryer needed to run two times to dry completely. Very clean property. Check in process was easy.

Excellent vacation rental

Nothing better than waking up watching dolphins play in the morning out your window and winding down at night with a walk on the beach to the FloraBama. Beautifully decorated condo that has everything you need to feel at home. Just do it! You’ll be so glad you did!

Nice Unit

Best Views from lanai and windows in livingroom. Comfortable lanai furniture-our group loved it. Was the main reason I chose this unit. So many lanai's have hard uncomfortable chairs. If were not on the beach we are on the lanai as much as possible. The unit was clean and well laid out. Beds comfy. Elevator was quick also a plus.

Great Time

Everything was good but the coffee maker was gross, not clean. We also had a few ants. It would be nice to get the parking map BEFORE you drive in and out of all the floors since the spaces are numbered randomly. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful time. Good place to stay.

Loved but parking was an issue!

This condo is beautiful! The only issue we had was parking. They only allowed two vehicles so if you have more than that don’t book this condo. Crazy to me you can have a condo that fits 10 people and only allow 2 cars. They told us there was plenty of paid parking but we couldn’t find anything close by that allowed over night. So, if you only have 2 vehicles then book this place but if you will have more or any visitors than don’t! They don’t even have any visitors spots! Other than that the location was awesome and the beach was perfect! Condo inside is clean and the place was beautiful!

We took a girls’ trip and were disappointed with showing up and they were still trying to clean blood and yellow stains out of a mattress and the cleaning company stated it was old and they unfortunately couldn’t fix it. The property company was very difficult to get a hold of and we had to sleep on the couch because of the lack of a bed. Otherwise- the rest of the condo was beautiful and clean despite some old spots and wear and tear on the couch/furniture.

Views were beautiful and loved the large seating area on the balcony. Condo had plenty of room for our large family and definitely helps having 3 bathrooms. The amenities were great with awesome access to the beach. All the appliances were definitely way outdated and had trouble the first couple of nights getting it to make ice but eventually it did. Overall was a great stay

Girls trip bliss

This is my second trip to this condo with groups of friends. It’s literal perfection. Consistent every time, extremely clean, nothing is broken or in disrepair. The outdoor space is phenomenal, actual comfy seating for everyone. The inside couch you could literally melt into it’s so comfortable. Every single bed is VERY comfortable, no cheap mattresses that leave you aching by the end of vacation. I will stay here over and over again because the place is just that great. Grab your girlies and head to this slice of paradise!
