Welcome to the ground floor oasis of Phoenix X, Unit 10! This three-bedroom, two-bath condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, is designed to provide a comfortable retreat for up to ten guests, offering convenience and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

As you step into the tastefully decorated living area, large windows provide glimpses of the turquoise waters. Unwind on plush seating, enjoy the flat-screen TV, and let the coastal ambiance set the tone for your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, featuring modern appliances and ample space for meal preparation. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners with the Gulf as your scenic backdrop.

The master bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, offers a serene escape. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom provides two full beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. For added flexibility, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room accommodates extra guests with the luxury of a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Amazing Place

This was the perfect location and property for our family vacation. Lots of space and beautiful view! We will be coming back again!

bad timing

We were informed the outdoor pool was closed three days prior to arrival, due to roof construction. A major inconvenience with 6 children, but one we were willing to overlook. We had reserved a ground level unit, with access to the pool, that led to the boardwalk to the beach. We were looking forward to an ocean view and easy, safe access to and from the beach. What we arrived to was something completely unexpected. The entire back of the highrise was under construction, not just the roof. Our unit porch was 'ribboned' off with construction tape and our view was of construction workers and excavating equipment right outside our porch door. Needless to say, there was no ocean view, easy/safe access to the beach and relaxation offered on our porch. In addition, the indoor pool had a film on the water that deterred us from going. Many attempts were made to contact the management company with false promises to relocate us to a different unit and possibly a different complex. Calls and texts were either unanswered or not returned at all. Out unit was outdated and dirty. It definitely needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The convenient location of this unit will be ideal for a family, once pool construction is complete. We look forward to seeing if any improvements are made.

With three kids under 6, the ground floor location of our rental was perfect! The unit could have been cleaner but overall was in great condition. We hope to stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay & the staff were great. The only downside was the internet coverage. If more than one person got on at a time then it didn't work or worked very slowly. But everything else was great.
