Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts white cabinets, a mirrored backsplash, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar for four, perfect for casual meals. The dining table for four provides beautiful views while you dine.

For your entertaining needs, the condo includes a wet bar featuring a wine cooler and an icemaker, ideal for crafting refreshing beverages.
Step out onto the private tiled balcony to find a dining table for four, ideal for dining al fresco, and a chaise lounge to relax and enjoy the sunsets that paint the sky.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Family trip

Great relaxing fun trip. Only complaint was lazy River was filthy. Don’t think it was clean for the 5 days we were there. Bugs, frogs, lizards crawling on me

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Had a great view of the pool and the condo was clean. As mentioned in many other posts about this condo location: security personnel are flat out mean. Also, we reported to the front desk within 20 minutes of our arrival that the master toilet was running. It was never fixed and was extremely loud; especially at night while trying to sleep Kids loved the pool and the condo had plenty of space. The wet bar was a nice surprise

Unit's floor was not clean upon check in. Even after the next day's additional mopping the floor continued to cause our feet to be blackened Appliances not good. Electrical outlets not working. Not enough cookware
