Perfect for a small family

Great condo for my husband and I and our 17 month old. Condo was updated as far as decor and comfortable. Kitchen had all appliances but not much storage/Tupperware, bedding is also very thin, no comforter. We enjoyed our family beach trip very much and would stay in this unit again!

Great beach front getaway before heading back to school!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice amenities in the building and easy access to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo itself is beautiful, roomy and quite comfortable. The only complaint I have about the actual condo is that there are no drawers at all in the master bedroom (no where to unpack clothing). The complex was also very nice and well-kept, but there were a few issues: some of our family members had trouble getting into the indoor pool and the staff was a little rude to them. Also, there was a pretty big problem with the key card on the first day. As a result, we were locked out of our room for over an hour while the staff of the Phoenix X worked on getting us back in (since there is no one in the office at the Phoenix XI after 5 pm). Seems the key card reader was dirty and only needed a little alcohol on a cotton swab to clean it. Fortunately, we had other family members staying in the same complex, so we weren't too terribly inconvenienced. Otherwise, the complex is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in - well maintained with plenty of elevators and carts to accommodate. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great condo. My family and i truly enjoyed the nice location and cleanliness and decor of the condo. The view from this condo was Beautiful....

Beautiful location, but needs some TLC

The location is fantastic, easy access to everything. Condo has many amenities offered and we enjoyed them all! The view was amazing, we watched dolphins and sting rays all day from balcony. On first inspection, the unit was beautiful to view. However, it needs quite a bit of TLC. Breakers kept tripping which prevented use of blinds, tv,lights in main area. Doors in bedrooms and bathrooms would not stay open.Cabinet in master bedroom, would not close. Master bath, three lights were out and could not be fixed. So, it was dark with only one light to use.Master shower head, terrible water flow. In the bedrooms, dusty and bugs on floor in closets. No chairs to take outdoors (that would be fine if you would let renters know to bring their own). Towels, need an upgrade...cheap and rough. For the price you pay per night, not acceptable. To be fair, we did contact the front desk and they did write up our concerns and sent someone promptly. They were very nice and understanding.The tech came quickly and tried to resolve issues and even showed us how to fix the breaker issue. We stopped mentioning things simply because we were there to enjoy our Thanksgiving Break and did not want to be bothered any more. I know this place will be 5 star come Summer!
