  • ¡Este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones en el octavo piso, frente al Golfo, con un plano de planta de dormitorio dividido tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones inolvidables! Con más de 1500 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, puede relajarse en los cómodos muebles.

    Las dos habitaciones están en la parte delantera de la unidad y tienen televisores de pantalla plana y camas cómodas. Puede elegir entre una cama king, queen o dos camas matrimoniales. Su cocina es de gran tamaño con una isla y está completamente equipada para que preparar sus comidas sea una delicia. La unidad tiene hermosos azulejos en todas partes, lo cual siempre es acogedor. Justo después de la cocina está la mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis personas y a la izquierda está el dormitorio principal con ventanas corredizas de piso a techo, el sonido de las olas y ver la playa de arena blanca azucarada te invita a disfrutar Orange Beach desde el balcón. La sala de estar está equipada con un cómodo sofá cama para que descanse mientras toma un descanso del sol y la arena. Este condominio es cálido y acogedor. Pelican Pointe 803 es el condominio perfecto para una familia con niños, un retiro de playa para niñas y múltiples parejas. Una vez que se haya hospedado aquí, seguramente regresará ya que no se han escatimado detalles.

    Pelican Pointe está ubicado en Orange Beach, directamente en el Golfo de México. Disfrute de magníficas vistas sin obstáculos del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado. El edificio está convenientemente ubicado cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas de recuerdos. Esta unidad para no fumadores cuenta con WIFI y comodidades de estilo resort con piscina cubierta y al aire libre, además de una piscina para niños y un gimnasio. Se aceptan estancias mensuales desde enero hasta el 1 de abril. Debido al estacionamiento limitado, este edificio tiene un máximo de 2 autos.

Pelican Pointe has a nice view with a balcony and a location with a very short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool is shaded by mid-afternoon, so a good place to hang out when getting too much sun. I swept the floor because of sand, but our feet got very dirty walking around the rooms. Be sure to mop floors very well between visitors. One bed was dirty as well. Otherwise, all was great!

Great ocean view

We loved this place. There were a few problems. The dryer vent was not hooked up, so our entire condo became wet from condensation. We called and someone came out to fix it. He said he was going to the hardware store and be back to fix it, but never came back. The air conditioner quit working on our last day. I am sure they would have came out to fix it, but we called them on checkout day to let them know for the housekeeping and the next renters. The people we talked to on the phone were very nice. Overall, it was a great stay and everything was set up nicely. I would recommend them and would stay there again.

Beautiful View of Beach!!

Very nice, updated condo on the beach. Large balcony with beautiful view of the beach and beach service was awesome. Great kitchen and very well stocked. The only complaint was the floors needed to be mopped badly, alot of sticky spots in the kitchen. Also, whoever stayed before us placed dirty dishes back in the cabinets. We re- washed anything we used. ( I feel sure the cleaning staff had no way of knowing this, hopefully we took care of the problem for you). Great outdoor pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked nice. Super sweet security staff! Overall, a lovely place to stay and would would definitely rebook this property!

All the comforts of home on the beach.

It is a beautiful place that became home away from home. It was very comfortable. The beds all had great mattresses—something not true at some other places we have stayed. The showers were all well functioning. The kitchen was well equipped. We easily cooked several meals while there. The only concern was the hot water was way too hot. It wasn’t an issue for 4 adults, but those with children would need to be careful. The location is in the center of restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of activities. The pools were nice and well maintained. The beach was just lovely. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

The condo was amazing! Everything was so nice and clean. Only issue was the bath tub didn’t drain and the toilet took a while to flush. Master bath worked great though.

condo in need of maint, cleaning, and repairs.

Paint peeling on door frames, condo not clean enough, furniture needs cleaning, popcorn ceiling falls on head while taking a shower, master bath mold in shower, quarter round moldings rotten behind toilet and next to sower, etc. condo is overall dingy and not worth the money. Especially after you pat cleaning fees and the floors are not mopped. Would not recommend or tent again!

The week that went by too fast!

We stayed at Pelican Pointe 5/28/2018 - 6/6/2018. This was our first time staying in a beach front condo and it was great! Being on the 8th floor was perfect, giving us the perfect view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We had hoped there would be 10 of us but we had 8 and in reality it would have been tight with 10. We had an electrical issue in a bedroom where the outlets stopped working. I called Suncoast and they had someone there quickly. Upon leaving I left something on the bed in one of the bedrooms and when we were down the road I called to tell Suncoast. I'm disappointed to say that my call was never acknowledged nor returned, thus I never got that item back. Overall though it was a great time and great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

My family spent 7 days nights at this condo and were very happy with it. It's right on the beach and close to great restaurants and activities, including, of course, souvenir shops! Only nit-picky downside . . . and it's really nit-picky . . . the door to the deck was really hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was perfect. Highly recommend.
