Welcome to Sugar Beach 348, your comfortable retreat by the Gulf in Orange Beach. This charming 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse-style condo offers a perfect space where you can unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves.

***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Situated on the 3rd floor, Sugar Beach 348 provides a side view of the Gulf, allowing you to catch glimpses of the sparkling waters right from your balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area where you can relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or step out onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh coastal air.


The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a beachside picnic, you'll find all the essentials right at your fingertips, making it easy and convenient to dine in.


Upstairs, the Primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a full bath, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sun and surf. Downstairs, the living/dining area and kitchen are complemented by an additional bathroom with a shower. For extra sleeping space, the living area also includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa.


All parking is conveniently located under the roof on the first floor, and security is provided at the entry gate for your peace of mind. For a quick and delicious seafood meal, a great to-go spot is located directly across the street, perfect for enjoying in-room dining.

Sugar Beach, the ultimate family-friendly destination nestled on the Gulf-front, is perfectly tailored to cater to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable beachside vacation. Guests have access to an impressive array of amenities designed for both enjoyment and convenience. Dive into one of our three swimming pools, including a dedicated kiddie pool, ensuring safe and enjoyable water fun for the little ones. Relax under one of three gazebos, offering a shaded retreat from the sun, or enjoy a casual meal at the picnic tables. Satisfy your cravings at the Sugar Shack snack bar, a delightful spot for easy and delicious refreshments. The BBQ grilling area provides the perfect setting for a family cookout, allowing you to enjoy meals with a view. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court offers a chance for some friendly competition. The convenience continues with free WiFi throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected even as you unwind.


PARKING
Passes are bought onsite when you arrive. There is a limit of 2 passes per stay.

The condo itself was very nice, clean, and updated. The only downside with the actual condo was the bedroom has no door to it or the shower room. If it’s just you this place would be perfect! However there was only one working elevator for the entire place and the third floor stairs with 2 kids was a lot.

Short getaway

traveled to attend my nephew’s wedding. Myself & 2 sons. The condo was great, good location, clean, well stocked kitchen. It is a small place great for couple and in my case myself and older children in their 20’s. I would definitely stay here again. Mgmt company was friendly and helpful check in /out process seamless

The room was great, well maintained, and better updated than some of sugar beach's other rooms. The only hassle was that the elevator was a bit far from the room due to a walkway being taken apart. But at it's price range, the room was enjoyed

Thank you! We did have items stolen, but at no fault other than ours. It was heartbreaking to think people steal right outside your door. They stole our (3) beach chairs. An umbrella and a tent. The elevator was down and made trips more difficult.
