This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king and there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The condo is beautiful and the views incredible. However, the kitchen lacks pots/pans/bowls for cooking more than one thing at a time. Had to use one flat pan 3 different times for a big breakfast! We’re from southeastern Louisiana and yes we cook on vacation!! The lazy river is awesome!

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and looks just like the pictures. My only complaint (which is out of the condo owners hands) is the power went out several times and 1-2 of the elevators were out of service making the wait time for the elevators very slow. The indoor and outdoor were both very nice as well as the splash pad. I would highly recommend this condo.

Unfortunately my 3 year granddaughter loves to go barefoot and feet were always black because the floor wasn’t cleaned properly!! Other than that everything else was perfect!!

Very Nice Oceanfront Condo - but lacking in Security and Elevators.

The Condo was very nice and spacious for our family of 11, 5 of which were small children. The room was clean upon arrival, and I honestly cannot say anything negative about the Condo or area. Orange Beach is a very nice area with Great restaurants and sites within a short drive! The kids enjoyed the properties amenities, lazy river, splash pad, etc.. and the beach was an easy 20 yard walk down the property provided gated walkway. However; I would not recommend staying on a high floor unless you are patient and willing to wait a long time to go between floors! (It took us over an hour to unload baggage from our 2 vehicles to our 19th floor room - due to elevator availability) This was an issue all week - and others complained while waiting on elevators. One day I had to walk the 19 flites of steps because 1 elevator was down and the line was backed up outside the building! I also was not pleased with the the lack of security or policing of the pool area. Excessive Drinking was allowed in the pool, and I had to remove my grandkids on one occasion due to the rowdiness.. It's a pretty property and our family made the best of the week, but we will not stay again due to the issues mentioned above.

Overall, great property.

Overall, this was a good stay. We enjoyed our location as a whole. This particular condo doesn't face the beach, but it's on the corner so you do have a partial beach view. There's a private bathroom in each room and a fourth where the laundry is. The icemaker at the wet bar did have mold so we didn't use that once we saw it. Dishwasher was not very effective at getting dishes clean and the refrigerator/freezer didn't get as cold as they should've, but none of this was an absolute deal breaker for us. The master bedroom doesn't have a window, but does have french doors that open to the dining area. These really should have blackout curtains. One of the doors did not have a blind at all so my husband and I rigged up a blanket to cover both and help block the light. The biggest downside was how uncomfortable the beds were (the king size beds were SO HARD but the queen/fulls, whichever they were, were overly soft and sunken in from use). We could live with that though. It was difficult getting an elevator since it was Labor Day Weekend and they were very crowded. Pool and beach were nice and the location is convenient to a lot of things to do. We were able to see fireworks from our balcony that happened at the Wharf! I can't say for absolute sure if we'd pick this particular condo again because we prefer a lower floor in general, but I don't regret getting this condo at all. The owner/manager was very receptive and easy to talk to.
