Stunning 2 Bedroom Unit on the 5th Floor in the D building. Sleeps 8 with a large balcony to take in views of the Bay, Gulf and Pools. Stainless Steel Appliances, Wet Bar, Wine Cooler, and stand alone Ice Maker. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a twin sleeper chair and floor to ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking views. Balcony access from the master bedroom as well! The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk beds, every kids favorite! The living room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows to take in the beauty that Orange Beach has to offer and also has a queen sleeper sofa. Walk right out to the well furnished balcony for coffee every morning!

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

Perfect Place to Stay

We had an absolutely amazing time at Caribe! Allison was super friendly and communicative from the start. The unit was gorgeous and so clean. The kids had a blast in all the pools and mini golf. It is also a great location to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to stay for a family vacation :)

The condo had the best view and was so clean and exactly as described in the pictures. The condo included everything you could ever need on a beach vacation. veden vacation. We had everything our finger tips & plenty of towels and other linens for your stay. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Allison’s condo and her hospitality were so amazing. We were at the pool & beach and our family had the best time together. The view from the Condo was perfect to see everything the Caribe has to offer, it was just perfect. The Condo was extremely clean which I look for & well stick with all the things needed. Allison thank you for everything your kindness was such a treasure and definitely one of our best family trip so far . We will always have great Memories to remember. Thank you so much & can’t wait to come back to stay at your Condo at the Caribe Resort.

Beautiful condo! Awesome complex with lots to do, especially for the kids! Amazing sunset views! Close to a ton of great restaurants! Excellent host! We had a great vacation & would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Staycation Location

This was our 3rd time staying at the Caribe but the first time staying at Allison's property. This was the best stay we've had out of the three. The condo was SPOTLESS and smelled fresh and clean, with no musty odor. It was exactly how it is pictured and situated so you can have views of the pool, Robinson Island, the beach and the sunset. Not to mention, this is right off the elevator so easy to get in and out of. Communication with Allison was great. She was prompt and quick to react, even when we had some random things come up. If you are looking for a great spot (especially for little ones/families) that has a ton of amenities, please check this unit out. You won't be disappointed.

Noise, Noise, and more noise

Really enjoyed our stay at Caribe last year, but this year was a huge disappointment. The lazy river was closed due to construction of the second floor decking around the pool and lazy river. Consturction all day long. There was at least 8 days of sandblasting the two slides at the main floor pool below our 5th floor room. Sand and grit from this process covered our deck furniture so we couldn't enjoy it. There was several days of powerwashing sidewalks and buffing them below our condo which was also a loud process. It was a huge inconvenience of triing to enter and exit building due to stairways and floors being painted and not knowing which way to travel. Not a pleasant site to witness workers repairing steps next to the pool with a large blowtorch. OSHA would not have approved. Also new vegetation being planted with lots of dirt being brought in, which kept blowing around and kept the blower machines busy. Had we known we were going to be in a construction zone for 6 weeks, we would not have booked our stay. I am all for maintaining property and making improvements, but don't try to do it all at one time. It ruined our vacation.

Highly recommended!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and provided a ton of information for us to make the most of our stay. Check-in/check-out process was simple. The condo was very nice and clean with great views and tons of pools and hot tubs. Quick walk (or tram ride) to the ocean. Lots of local restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir stores. Although the condo is a 2 bed 2 bath, our family of 6 had plenty of room. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

From the second you walk in the door your stay will be amazing. Wonderful furnishings, very clean, great communication with the host and I cannot say that about the view from the living room and balcony. Absolutely loved the resort over the last few days and I did not want to leave.

The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Location and accessibility from parking garage to unit was easy and quick. Large balcony with a view of bay, ocean and the pools. Property manager was responsive and great with accommodations. Thanks for a great stay!

Summer Vacay ‘22

My family and I had an amazing time at Caribe. The resort is beautiful, and the unit was HUGE. We spent every morning and every evening sitting outside on the balcony. We lived at the pool. It was nothing but sun and sand for 5 days. Our host Allison, was amazing and attentive. We will definitely be returning soon. Orange beach is amazing!

Wonderful!

I highly recommend the property and the renter. The checkin process was hectic if it’s just a very slow long line. Once we got past the gate and they found our passes everything was wonderful. we cannot wait to return next year

Beautiful, kid friendly, would 100% go back!

The condo is very spacious, beautiful, and has lux up to date appliances. My little girl saw those bunk beds and we had to have this condo, but everyone loved it! LARGE balcony with a view of bay and ocean and the pools. There’s a koi pond inside, a cafe by the pool. 2 indoor pools with slides + 4 outside water slides and pirate playground. We went to lunch at Cobalt with no wait in busy season. We met with friends that were able to pick us up at the dock to go to the island. Property manager super accommodating. All the stars! Thanks for a great stay!
