beautiful and awesome till it was not! I want to start with what an awesome place it is. The unit was perfect for our girls stay. Until we woke up to find the unwelcome guest in a bed.I will say we were not real concerned at first since we examined all the beds and found no others. phoned mngt and sent video. We did say we did not see any others and thought maybe it was just left from luggage of previous guest. We were told to go about our day and they would send in someone to check and let us know what to do. this was 10:30am after out first night stay. Fast forward to 2:30 I called to check in and see whats up since we had been at the beach. the master bed unmade when we returned which was not the bed in question. so we called and they said yes we did have an infestation!!!!OOOMMMGGG. Could it get worse...welll yes it could. We were told we were being moved to the pheonix 7 (from the X) which would def be an issue since we were with a group in another unit at the x and had plans to be together starting at for for a celebration of survival for 2 of the group (kidney transplant and cancer dx) Salt on the wound " we will try to get you a partial refund for your stay. but you will have to book with front desk since we have no rooms at x and we will try to get the refund monday.I saw so many issues with this statement. I now had to stop my vacation which was planned months in advance to try and now find a new unit on my own, pay for it with no refund promised see photo for story
