    Perched on the 5th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental invites you to indulge in Gulf-side serenity from its expansive private balcony. Immerse yourself in the rhythmic melody of waves crashing against the shore as you unwind in this tranquil outdoor space.

    Step inside to discover a Primary suite fit for royalty, featuring a plush King bed, private bath with a tile walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and convenient balcony access for panoramic views of the Gulf. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is thoughtfully appointed with a flat-screen TV for added entertainment.

    Prepare delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the culinary essentials you need. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

    CLEAN BED PROMISE
    Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    MONTHLY RENTALS
    The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Fantastic View

Place had an amazing view. It’s in a perfect spot! Unit was clean and plenty of room for 9 of us. Stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying here!

This was a fun stay. It fit our family needs. Easy to check in. Nice location. Downfall was the smell of condo, and toenail clippings on the balcony.

Beach!

The area was nice, easy to access. Nice beaches. You pay to park, pay for beach service, the unit was not very clean, the bed was very uncomfortable as was the couch. The balcony furniture has seen better days in comfort and cleanliness.

Great experience

We loved the location with the ocean as the backyard. We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins swim around while enjoying a delicious home cooked meal. We were pleasantly surprised at the items available to us in the condo, everything we needed- down to kleenex and even a lint roller. Thank you!

Invasive security cameras

Paid a lot of money for Gulf front. For the views and sound of the waves. Second morning there I learned the is a camera next to the walkway to the beach pointed at the balconies. Spoke to the security guard and he verified....it is there for surveillance of the balconibalcony

Excellent

My family and I had and amazing stay, the condo was clean and had more than enough room for 6 people. There were only a few cons that we noticed. The trim going from the kitchen to the living room, the master bath toilet still needed some adjustments, and lastly the security guard was not welcoming nor professional upon arrival. Otherwise we would book this condo again in the future and thank you for providing good hospitality.

Overall, great stay

Great location and the condo was nice. However, it’s super annoying that there’s only 2 parking passes available and the 2nd one is $45. Also we had 7 people stay and there were not enough towels for all of us to shower. Tried to communicate with property manager to get more towels and received an automated response.

Musty and moldy

When we walked in, we were immediately hit with a musty, moldy smell. The bedrooms reeked of mildew and the master bathroom had mold everywhere in the shower. The beds are as uncomfortable as they get, and the furniture is run down. Honestly the whole place needs a refresh- there’s old lamps in the closets and old paintings under the bed. I just felt dirty the whole time.

This condo had a strong mildew odor. The cabinets (inside) were coated in dust and any surface that was painted was worn, dirty, chipped and/or peeling. It looks nice in the photos, but definitely needs a refresh. The pots/pans were all non-stick with the black coating chipping off and the utensils were melted and/or lacking. There was 1 single kitchen towel for our use. The ocean front beach was nice and the pool was good. We simply spent as much time outside as we could.

Great location/disappointing condo

On entering the condo, there was the odor of dirty carpet that had been sprinkled with carpet deodorizer and it proved true in the bedrooms. There was significant black mold on the kitchen air vent and ceiling as well as an area in the living room. There was also a thick layer of mold around the bath tub faucet. The areas of mold had clearly been there for a while because of the extent. Several electric outlets didn’t work. The lid to the kitchen garbage can was broken and had to stay open for our entire stay. Parking is an issue when you have a condo for ten family members and can only have two parking spaces-for which you pay extra. The recommended remote parking is 1-2 miles from the condo. The second bathroom toilet whines really loudly when filling. We have had much better accommodations for the same cost, maybe even less. The master bedroom sliding door was almost impossible to open. When you rent a condo that sleeps 10 and are provided 8 towels? Some of these issues were addressed in the rental agreement but the extent of the inconvenience was unexpected. Some of the things I’m noting would be overlooked but with the lack of cleanliness, I decided to mention them
