Welcome to Tidewater 302, a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering the perfect retreat for your vacation. Nestled on the 3rd floor of this Orange Beach rental, you'll be treated to stunning Gulf views and convenient access to nearby amenities.

Indulge in comfort and luxury in the Primary suite, furnished with a spacious King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access for enjoying the refreshing Gulf breeze. Pamper yourself in the Primary bath's Jacuzzi tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. The guest room offers a cozy Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the hall bath.

Throughout the condo, you'll find tile floors that add to the coastal charm and make cleaning up after sandy beach days a breeze. Relax in the living room, where a flat-screen TV awaits for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For additional sleeping space, the sofa sleeper provides accommodations for extra guests.

At Tidewater, immerse yourself in the scenic splendor of sugar-white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Room was excellent, comfortable bed. The only drawback which was not a huge deal is the commodes are extremely low. They are more suited for children. Otherwise everything was great. Liquid Life does excellent job with timely communication and instructions. Super easy!

Orange Beach Vacation

Very, very clean. Beautiful views. Ridiculous only one roll of TP. If we had stayed only one week, would we have only gotten 1/2 roll? Just cheap. Furniture in LR not what was in the photo. It looked like owners had picked it up at a second hand store. Need to replace toilets with higher ones. Remove jetted tub in master bath with walk in shower. We are old people. Great restaurants. Will return to Orange Beach but will stay at a newer complex.

Very happy with our stay! Detailed instructions were sent (that I didn’t thoroughly read before we pulled up to the gate…sent a text and got an immediate response).Condo was clean, wonderful view, and bigger than photos made it appear. Would definitely stay again!

Nice but missing all the details

This is a nice condo in a great location, this was our first trip to coastal AL and we will definitely be back! Quiet beach, unit was very clean and has all of the basics. But this is the first time we have stayed in a unit managed by a company and they missed all of the little extras that really make a stay feel special. No books, no board games, no hair dryer (that was a big deal!), no beach towels, chairs or toys (for a beachfront condo that was unexpected), no extra TP (which felt stingy!) and the first time we have had a pantry with nothing in it, no salt and pepper, no sugar packets, and no coffee filters, that seemed petty. There was one extra blanket and it was thin. And they need more plates and bowls, we had to wash them over and over since we cooked. So, it was a nice enough place to stay but won't come back, expected more from a VRBO with some personality.

Birthday Trip

Every year in August (the week of my birthday) my boyfriend andI visit Orange Beach. I love the beach and we stay in Condo's each time. Everything was perfect for our stay, easy access to pool and beach, appliances very nice, slept like a baby each night. My Mom and Niece came on Friday and loved the atmosphere, so relaxing. Thank you for such a nice place to stay and enjoy it all.

Great condo!

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our best friends for the 4th of July holiday weekend! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect! We also really liked the condo location, parking situation, and security. Would definitely recommend!

This property had a great view and awesome amenities! Everything was clean and well kept. The back porch was AMAZING and very spacious. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay. Great location!

Wonderful place…great host!!!

Just as advertised…views even better and very convenient to beach. Place was great - pool chairs need to be upgraded -which has nothing to do with this unit. I will definitely recommend as well as stay again.

Steps to the beach

Our favorite thing about this place is it’s right on the beach and never too crowded. This particular condo 302 was great for our family of 4. The only things that I didn’t enjoy but had very little impact on our experience were that we couldn’t find the remote to the tvs in the rooms so we had to use the one from the living room but it worked with sleep timers, the door in master bedroom to the balcony doesn’t open and the washer takes a very long time so start a load and go to the beach. We loved the space and kitchen appliances were new. What we loved about the room was the balcony furniture specifically the table and chairs.

Great location and view of gulf

Condo nice for small family or 2 couples. Bathrooms could be updated (older vanities and faucets). Great balcony with great views. The only negative would be the DishTv box apparently wasn’t working in the living room. Maintenance guy was quick to respond to check it out but unable to get fixed or replaced during our stay. He was told DishTv was hacked and unable to get another box. But hey, we’re at the beach we didn’t need tv during the day anyways. We enjoyed our week.

Overall, you can't beat the location, indoor and outdoor pools, covered parking spot, and proximity to the beach. Couch needs replacing (dirty... consider a wipeable covering), toilet seat in master bath broken, and master bath could have used a deeper clean but otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. The railing on the deck was lose but someone responded and came right away to repair that and shower/water repair in additional bathroom. Check in was easy and convenient. We enjoyed our few days at the beach.

New Year's Road Trip

Smooth rental process. Been staying at Tidewater for years. Love the location and low density of complex. First time renting this particular condo, but was glad to find one in the complex spur of the moment. The condo was spacious enough and well stocked. The cleaning left a little to be desired. I always pack a few cleaning supplies just in case so we were good.
