It was a cute quaint place. Kitchen wasn’t equipped with all it needed. Couch bed mattress was a little rough. But other than this it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Overall, great stay! Property was safe, clean & great location. Pool was a good size with TVs and plenty of seating and the gym was a good amenity. Wish there was a crosswalk from condo to beach because of the busy road, but we just drove to be safe. The pull out sofa bed seemed to be broke so the kids didn’t sleep on it after the first night. The shower head needed adjusting to prevent water from being sprayed everywhere, but not anything difficult to fix between showers. Overall, great condo and great stay!

Quick beach trip

The property was okay for a short stay, however, it is dated. Decor and furniture need replaced. Also there was no overhead light or ceiling fan in the bedroom. The ac went out on our last night and could not be fixed so we left and went to a hotel, we did get that night refunded.

The outward appearance of the fridge was nasty. The bedroom door wouldn't close because the bed was too far over, there was a fishy smell in the bathroom. Other small issues that just aggravated me

The place was clean and cute, very comfortable we really enjoyed everything except the parking,we had to register our vehicles for parking passes,if have More than one vehicle for your stay you have to register both, and it got confused somehow, one of our vehicles kept getting a warning sticker and on our last day it got a Boot put on it in the middle of the night so leaving early was delayed because of having to call and get it straightened out it all got fixed and straightened up pretty smoothly,it was just frustrating that it kept happening to the one vehicle, especially since it cost $50 per vehicle to Park, and a boot was very extrem especially when we did everything that was required for parking, but as for the room it's self and the host and everything else definitely rated high, over all a pleasant stay and within waking distance to the beach so would recommend it to others for comfort and convenience
