Great place if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom condo that will sleep at least 6 people easily. Best thing is that it has beach access!

Love this condo! It's very well equipped, clean and nice location. Woke up early one morning and got to witness the sunrise from the balcony. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay

This property is directly across the street to the beach (with private access). Very easily accessible. I took My daughter and a friend for a long weekend getaway and was not disappointed. Will look to stay again.

Family vacay

Great property! Clean, roomy and all around great for our family. It was a community across from the beach. It was near a lot of restaurants attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for what we needed

This property was great for what we needed. I would say that the kitchen and what was stocked in the kitchen could be updated a little bit but our basic needs were met. The grounds of the condo were very nice in the view was very relaxing out from the back patio.

Convenient location and adequate

This condo is a comfortable size for a group of 4. Everything works, but I would say that is showing it’s age with floors and carpets looking pretty worn.

The condo was fine for what it was, a place to sleep during our baseball tournament. The walking beach acess was nice. The condo could use some definite love. Kitchen sink worn through to black chunks, drawers seem a bit on their last leg. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had the same feel as the kotchen, were fine but need updating. They had coffee markers but no filters, just very bare bones.

We enjoyed our stay at Romar Lakes. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the back- the marsh had alligators, turtles and birds to enjoy. I would note that if you stay here, be prepared to bring basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and dish and laundry soap. I was disappointed that the kitchen wasn’t better stocked. There was no salt or pepper and not even a scrub brush. This made it difficult to cook, which was the whole reason we stayed in a condo instead of a hotel.

Lovely place

We enjoyed our little vacation at Orange Beach. The Romar Lakes complex is situated very close to the beach, but we preferred to drive to the nearest parking by the beach. When you carry chairs and umbrellas and much more you do not want to 'schlepp them too long. The condo was very spacious and had a wonderful balcony. We admired gorgeous sun sets from it. The place was clean and and had all that we needed. The check in and check out were very easy and communication with manager and owner went smoothly. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful view

We absolutely loved Romar Lake. Orange Beach area is amazing. Upon check in we did a quick tour of the rooms in 204B. Unpacked then did a quick grocery run. The refrigerator had never been cleaned. The carpet in the bedrooms was not swept and had so many stains. The carpet is pretty discusting. Could use an update overall but that didn’t really concern us. With a little tlc it would be a better stay for sure. Absolutely love the view out back. Saw so much wildlife. Alligator, 1 doe and 2 bucks, white egret, heron, osprey and eagles.

Orange beach first timers

There were concerns when we arrived, but we messaged the person listed on the reservation and concerns we addressed either the same day or Monday when businesses opened. (We arrived Sat night.) Only issue we chose not to wait on was carpet cleaning because we didnt have time to wait for that. Hopefully carpets are cleaned for next tenant. We were given new air mattress, pillows, towels, blankets,and hangers. Sliding door handle was repaired and main door locks were charged due to the keys not working consistently. All that was taken care of quicky. Location is good and access to beach was easy.

Disappointing

Location is very nice. The ceiling vents were covered in black moldy looking debris and weren’t cleaned until 4 days into my stay. The kitchen was disappointing since the dishwasher was broken and the stove top tray’s don’t fit causing the burners to be unlevel and difficult to use. The kitchen water faucet pressure is very low so that washing dishes was made difficult. The toaster oven didn’t work. Since I’m on a special diet and seldom eat out it would have been nice to have had a working kitchen. It took a couple of days to get a response from management and they didn’t fix anything. Maintenance brought a replacement dishwasher the afternoon of my last day.
