We have another studio condo in Gulf Shores across from The Hangout, and we have been renting since 2012 with great success! Please go to www.condeauxproperties.com to see our other units & great reviews!

Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach II.' Our condo is the perfect romantic get away for 2, or a fun visit for a small family (2 adults & 2 small children) retreat. You will simply love the white sugar sands of Orange Beach! Our condo is located on the 1st floor of the building on the left side of the Sugar Beach parking entrance. We have taken great pride in updating the beachy interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you.

Our cozy beach side Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable wicker queen sized bed for a restful night's sleep. There is also a new sofa that converts to a shorter in length double bed, and a chair for relaxing while watching the 43'' HDTV with MediaCom Cable access. There is ample space for your clothing with a full size closet, a chest of drawers and a nightstand. The bathroom is serene and stocked with many amenities. Our kitchen is very vibrant and fully equipped with a single serve coffee maker that accepts kcups and has a reusable filter for grounds, toaster, and everything you need, making it a joy to prepare meals, or a romantic dinner! For your dining indoors there are 2 bar stools at the bar and 3 nesting tables by the sofa to be used as individual tables.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and provides beautiful relaxing side views of the gulf and beach from our relaxing outdoor patio set. Enjoy dining outdoors, having coffee or tea, or taking in the beach views, and realize there's no other place you'd like to be! Additionally, our vacation home has FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a covered entry, covered parking, and luggage carts are available to assist in loading and unloading your vehicle. A $35 parking pass is required, which you must obtain and pay exact cash for at the guard house upon arrival. It is good for the duration of your stay. This is a non-smoking unit.

Condo was small but cute and well equipped and very clean. The heater/ac unit was fairly noisy but we still slept well. Queen bed was comfortable. The building itself is old and could use some maintenance. Side view of the beach from our balcony that had a cute table and two chairs. Easy walk directly down to the beach. Nice location on the main road, close to The Wharf and FloraBama. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was exactly as described and immaculately clean. The listing photos are accurate. Our top priority was to be at a complex directly on the beach at an affordable price, and Condeaux Beach II fit the bill. We didn't need much space as there were just 2 of us and we spent most of our time on the beach. The balcony offered a sliver of a view of the ocean, and we enjoyed dining on the balcony with the nice breeze.The entire complex was very clean and we saw daily cleaning of the common spaces, pool cleaning, and general maintenance going on during our stay. The interior hallways and doors are in need of painting, but this did not affect our enjoyment of the complex and is not the fault of the unit owners.It was nice being able to get a frozen drink at the Sugar Shack (cash only). The pools and beach were uncrowded during the off time of year (mid-September) and the easy access to the beach can't be beat. We saw lots of shore birds.Note that the prices for beach rentals has increased significantly and those rentals are from 9-5 only. You also can't move the umbrellas; therefore you're often not in the shade of the umbrella when you use the rentals. We opted to buy our own chairs and umbrella so we could sit on the beach for the sunrises (spectacular view from Sugar Beach), sunsets and at night; total cost was about 40 less than renting for 3 days and we could use our chairs whenever we wanted.Owner communication was great, check-in was a breeze. Would stay again.

Lovely place, but no real view

The studio apartment type condo was lovely and comfortable. And whoever prepped the place did a great job; it was very clean. A couple of things that made it a 4.5 if I could have done so instead of of a 5: 1) There is no real view of the beach. IF you are on the balcony and lean out, you can see the beach in the distance. 2) There needs to be a step stool. I could not reach the dishes or microwave. 3) We never did locate the laundry pods.

Quick beach trip

Condo was clean and comfortable, located close to the beach. The Sugar Shack beach/pool side bar and snacks was a handy and convenient place for drinks and ice cream while lounging on the beautiful beach. Condo was supplied with the basics for a day or two, which was all we needed. Parking is a little tight if you have a full sized truck or larger. But otherwise no complaints. Would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Highly recommend Sugar Beach Condominiums for your family stay!!

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! Our condo was on the farther end from the beach, but we still had such a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The room had all we needed as a family of 3. Our daughter isn’t even 1 yet and we still enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, had a great AC unit that kept us very cool, had a futon, queen size bed (I believe), and a full kitchen that exceeded our needs. This is the best condo in my opinion with the lowest price that is right on the beach. We searched for months for the lowest price condo that still had the luxuries we wanted, view of the ocean, and right on the beach, and this condo was perfect. I will say when arriving to the parking garage to park, a younger gentlemen wasn’t very welcoming or didn’t seem to enjoy his job. He wasn’t rude or anything, he just didn’t have no smile and just wanted to make the interaction quick. We drove in our truck and the parking garage was very crowded and narrow for a truck to park and exit without having to get too close to other vehicles. We were hoping there was a place to get more supplies for our room, which we most likely had to provide on our own after taking what was in the room such as toilet paper. Overall, I recommend this condo for a family vacation at the lowest price!

We loved this condo. It was just perfect for my husband and I for a sweet weekend. Everything was clean and necessities were provided. I just wish we could have stayed longer . Conversations with the owners were so easy. You’ll love your stay here.

What a wonderful stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Everything was so relaxing. We walked out to the beach every day. The drains in the parking area definitely need to be improved, though, but I understand that the property has been dealing with the city, so no fault of theirs. I will highly recommend
