CHIC STUDIO STEPS FROM THE BEACH

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio, just steps from the beach. Our unit is recently remodeled with new paint and tile and all brand-new appliances. The unit is a studio floorplan that features one queen bed and one full-sized futon, sleeping a max of 4. We offer everything you'll need to cook in and relax, including a Roku-enabled smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Prime, as well as over 100 cable channels. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. The condo complex features beachfront access, three pools and an outdoor grilling area. Also, there's an onsite "Sugar Shack" with snacks and drinks. Feel free to relax at the end of your day on our balcony that's equipped with patio chairs. We are just minutes away from Gulf State Park and all the great shopping and dining options in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Our place is perfect for couples or small families wanting a cozy retreat.

Other things to know:
**There is a one-time $35 parking fee (cash only) which covers your entire stay.

There is a new building going up next to our complex so you may experience some construction noise and dust during daylight hours.

(Addt'l info: 4 pools incl. 1 kiddy 1 heated, tennis court, security, covered parking, elevators, snack shop w/ beach gear to buy/rent, 2 wash stations w/ head & foot spouts) Best beach vacation I've had as an adult, thanks to this cute little unit. Only issue was getting access on arrival--some other site I was supposed to go to & security was absent--but owner was swift to respond & help. I was delighted & surprised to find laundry detergent was incl. in provisions (there's a washer/dryer IN unit, so great). There's an abundance of towels, wash cloths, pillows & blankets, could use anew every day of week & not run out. Modern kitchen w/ double sinks, fully stocked w/ supplies for prep & cooking, even measuring spoons, & dishwasher. Literally you could be like me, spontaneous w/ nothing, & have all you need the whole stay. Balcony faces sunset, looking out above road. For me it's perfect because even w/ sliding door open it's a full view w/ total privacy--no people on the beach nor units right across, no sound of others, only natural reserve w/ nothing to obstruct sunset. Left from balcony faces beach dunes. Doors are treated to reflect heat--I hardly used AC (Oct). I shopped on day 1 for basics (Walmart for groceries) & didn't get in the car til the day before leaving. You can just get your food & drinks & you're set. I didn't want to leave! This beach has AMAZING shells--walk right & its open shoreline, low tide is best for shelling. I loved this unit & you will too!

The tv was horrible...it had a line running thew the picture....the unit had a window unit that didn't keep it cool enough inside and heated and wet the outside sitting area. The dryer mad a horrible noise and didnt work

Mini getaway

Decided for a last minute trip to the beach and was looking for something on the beach. It was just two of us and found this little gem. The pictures were accurate and the place was just perfect for us. It was my daughter and I and it worked out great. The appliances looked new and the space was very clean. The hosts and property manager was very quick with their responses and made our stay easy. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

I took my kids for a week to stay. It was an amazing week and we loved the location. The unit we originally booked had an issue with the A/C right before we were to arrive and Sean immediately contacted me and got me into another one of his units. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sleep on but the kids made due. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Last minute booking for a weekend getaway.

Good for a weekend getaway with your spouse but price was significantly too high. Facility was very old and run down but beach access was close and pools were in good shape.

Beware of this condo

I am very disappointed in this condo and I will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. The room smelled really bad when we checked in and continued to smell bad even after we tried to air it out. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food stains in some of them. The hot water heater must have not been working as we didn’t have anything but lukewarm water during our stay. Also ants were coming through the balcony door even though it was closed. I do feel bad leaving such a bad review, but I wish I would have know this before I booked this condo. I expected it to at least be clean for the price we paid!!!

Perfect!

This unit and location was perfect! Its proximity to the stairwell made it very convenient for us to just carry our belongings in lieu of using the extremely slow elevator (elevator is no fault of the owner). The unit was very clean and nice and cool upon arrival. Although not a beachfront unit, the building is on the beach, which made visits to the beach a convenient daily occurrence. Keyless entry meant no keys to lose! There are several BBQ grills available and three swimming pools to choose from plus one kids' pool. Overall this unit was perfectly located and the owners are very responsive! Will definitely consider this property again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is a great condo for a couple looking for a trip with easy close beach access. It is also centrally located to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions and restaurants. There is parking with 24 hour security, three different pools and beach access. All we wish was that we planned more time here.

Perfect Mom/Daughter Trip

This condo was perfect for our mom/daughter trip. The decor was perfect and it had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extra comfy as well. I did miss an ocean view from the balcony but we were only steps from the beach and that made up for it. We enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed

So this is the first trip we have taken for our anniversary in 4 years. We were very pleased with our rental the place was clean and had all we needed. There were multi pools and the beach just a few feet away. The security was kind and personable. We will be back to stay again.

The condo was cute and exactly like the pictures. it wasn’t super clean. There was stuff on the ground when we walked in and beside the bed. The worst part was the actual view from the balcony. There was only construction. We felt slightly misled because we don’t know about all of that construction until after we booked.
