Sought after ground-floor 3bedroom / 3bath condo provides easy beach and pool access right out your back door. Large patio with high top chairs to enjoy the beach view and green space perfect for families.
Open, airy floor plan with brand new living room furniture providing plenty of seating options. Dining room seats 6-8 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. Large fully furnished kitchen and a wet bar with an ice machine to fill coolers for long days on the beach!
Primary bedroom has king bed, large en-suite bathroom and patio access.
Guest bedroom 1 features 2 queen beds and ensuite bathroom.
Guest bedroom 2 features 1 full over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed and en-suite bathroom.

Brand new zero entry outdoor pool and refurbished indoor pool for rainy days.
Tennis and Pickle Ball courts on second floor.

Walking distance to the new Coastal restaurant right from the beach! 2 grocery stores and several other restaurants right across the street, make this a perfect location

This condo was just as listed. Great view of ocean and just a few steps away from pool. We had all 7 grandkids with us all under 7 and they had a blast. Great ground floor unit, no waiting on elevators. Carla and Mitch were awesome host, easy to reach and responsive. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We will be back.

Wonderful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the folks were great at communicating! The location is fantastic as you can walk to Walmart, for ice cream, Starbucks, etc. The property is nice as well and the ground floor makes going back and forth from the pool and beach very easy!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

I took my three 20 something’s boys to the Morgan Wallen festival and figured a condo would be much better than a hotel. One of my boys is special needs so finding a place that wasn’t too overwhelming for him was very important. Everyone we came into contact with on the property was extremely kind and it was very laid back. Communication was absolutely amazing from the very start of my inquiry and the owners were incredibly gracious in assisting me with an unexpected situation when getting 2 of our tickets. The condo itself was very nice, spacious and we loved the ground access. Parking was no issue either which was a pleasant surprise. There is a Walmart and several restaurants within walking distance. The location couldn’t have been better. Overall a very pleasant experience and just very grateful my boys and I were able to create lasting memories. This was a dream come true for them. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent condo

We really enjoyed staying here as a family! There was plenty of room for all of us and we really enjoyed first floor access. We were right next to the pool and the beach was a very short walk. My only complaints would be the master bath could use a deeper cleaning in the shower and jetted tub, but overall we were extremely happy with this rental and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent property management

Our family had such a good time. The property was perfect. Right by the pool, a stones throw to the beach, Walmart and souvenir shops directly across the street from the room. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely call to stay with the Kings again. Thank you

Perfect Spot

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the perfect distance from the pool and beach. It is walking distance for eating, groceries, and fun. Loved the bottom floor and grassy area. Will be returning.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was great. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Loved being on the ground floor right next to the pools with beach view. Restaurants and shopping right across the street. Overall the condo was very nice for our needs. Would stay again.

Perfect for young children

This property was exactly as described. The first floor with short access to the pool and beach made this trip so much easier traveling with kids! Everything was very clean, the owner was very quick to respond and helpful with our stay. The owners also left lovely welcome bags which was a very nice surprise full of goodies to make our stay perfect.

The property was awesome, clean, neat, and totally beautiful, location was awesome, with being on the ground floor, the pool just outside our back door, and the beach literally a stone throw away, with easy access. the owners were more then helpful for anything that we needed and easy to reach . Only problem I had was parking there’s not enough for the amount the complex can accommodate. But even though that’s a problem, our owners had a backup plan which again was awesome if we needed it. If and when I return for another visit this is the place I will more then try to get again. Thank you Mitch and Carla for having such accommodation’s for us to enjoy.

Great visit

We really enjoyed the room. The location of the room was really perfect for us. We enjoyed being on the ground level and being able to just walk right out to the pool. Beach access was super easy. The literal only thing I would mention would be parking struggles, but they hooked us up with secured parking off-site. It just was a tiny pain. All in all I would recommend the property to someone looking for a place here and give them a heads up about the parking situation. The probability of finding a space on site is very low. The ratio of the number of parking spaces available for guests to the number of condos at the property simply doesn't add up. Just something to keep in mind.

Great for kids

I can’t say enough good things about the owners and this condo! We had the best vacation. Perfect location for kids, with grass area to play and right beside pool area it was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The owners are top notch and so very helpful. My family hopes to be back! Thanks again for sharing your condo! ❤️

Family trip in the beach!

We had an amazing weekend at Carla’s property. It was in the ground floor, close to a pool, and right on the beach! We had plenty of room for our 6 teenagers and privacy in the primary bedroom. 3 full bathrooms was also very convenient! We are already planning our trip for next summer. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for sharing their home with us!
