Beautiful Beach Views!

Beautiful beachfront views this condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all beautifully updated. The complex is family friendly with lots of amenities: outdoor pool, spa, indoor heated pool, gym and tennis/pickleball court. We have fabulous views of the beach and pool from the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom from the 8th floor. There are TVs in every bedroom, wireless internet, and the kitchen has everything you might need. There is always something to do in Orange Beach, Alabama including the beautiful beaches, OWA amusement park, The Wharf, and the Track are always fun for kids of all ages! We are minutes away from restaurants and shopping. With only 82 units and 2 elevators, you can enjoy the beach without the crowd. We love being here and we know you will too! Come enjoy some fun in the sun!!

We want you to enjoy your stay and follow the rules of the condo and those posted by the HOA.

My friends and I came down for a weekend away and really enjoyed the condo. Most everything was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and it was clean. We loved the patio. Overall we were happy. The elevators are slow so going up to the 8th floor can take a bit, but that wasn't too bad. There is a beach service as well, although not the one in the current picture.The only thing I was unhappy about was that part of the checkout procedure is to wash and DRY the towels. This means that before my 8 hour trip I had to make sure to have enough time between my shower and leaving to do a load of laundry even though we paid a large clean fee. I sent an email to the owner letting her know that I would be glad to start them in the washer before leaving but I didn't think I had time to wait to put it in the dryer. The email I received back was to do laundry the night before so I wouldn't be in a rush in the morning. I have to say that didn't sit well with me. I ended up having to wait to leave. Honestly, it makes me wonder how many people just throw their dirty towels in the dryer so it looks like it was done.

We had a great time! Condo was nice, spacious and convenient. Security was very friendly. Pools were amazing as well as the close beach access. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on coming back next year for another visit.

Lovely Getaway

This property was everything I expected. Clean, located within walking distance of everything that was needed. Check in was easy and property owner responded promptly to all my questions. Top of the line would definitely book this again!!!

We liked the layout of this condo. Our kids and grandkids had their pub rooms with a bath.

Perfect for safety and cleanliness when bringing grandchildren to the ocean. The pools and grounds were pristine. The apartment, easily accessible and we all fit on the large balcony for dinner or games.

We stayed from Feb. 1 to April 12. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with most all the tools you would ever need. The beach views are wonderful and beach access is easy.

Great place to stay!! Wonderful vacation!!

We loved staying here! The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. Beach views and access were wonderful! The only negative was not enough hot water. Everything else was wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic and Fun!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! First off, the condo was exactly as advertised, no surprises! It was beautifully decorated to give the full beach experience and was immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We had the perfect view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and enjoyed many of our meals taking in the breathtaking view. We had such a great time and would definitely visit again!

Perfect for the Family!

We loved our stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The condo was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The pools at White Caps were beautiful and we loved being able to walk right onto the beach. Theresa was also very helpful and was prompt with her responses when we had to communicate with her. My family and I highly recommended staying here!

Family Beach Vacation summer 2024

The condo was exactly as described. Overall the property was well maintained and had everything we needed. We had our 4 kids with us and they loved the indoor pool and hot tub at night. The owners communicated well above expectations. I highly recommend this property.

Great little spot

This condo was great for my husband and I and three teenagers. Everyone had their own space. The central unit got the coldest of any condo we ever stayed in! (We like it cold) the bed in the master bedroom was sooo comfy!! The hot water did not last long when we would all have to shower (it don’t get cold but would get Luke warm pretty quick). It is in a great location. Dollar general across the street and within walking distance to Walmart. Overall a great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our month in the condo in Orange Beach. The condo was clean, well stocked and there were great views from the balcony. Theresa made check-in so easy and has the condo decorated really nicely. Friends that stopped by commented on how our place was so much nicer that places they were staying in. We also loved the building hot tub and pool.

Great view

Great location!!! Property is on the beach. Balcony is large enough to eat at table and still walk around. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size for adults and kids. We didn’t use the outdoor pools because it was cold, but indoor pool and hot tub got used. You can walk across the street to dollar general/alvins island. Wal mart, rouses and Publix are just a stoplight or 2 down the road. Parking was easy.

So relaxing!

We stayed at Theresa’s place for a short trip as a family before our youngest left for college. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted! Very clean and plenty of room for our group of 5. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We enjoyed staying there so much and plan to go back this summer!

NICE unit and GREAT location!

Unit, location, beach and amenities were all you could want! Unit was as pictured and clean.Easy access to the pools, hot tub and beach. Owner was very responsive with TV question. Only wish the 2 main TV’s were updated to Smart TV’s. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Fourth of July Stay

Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Washer and dryer in unit was a big plus. Water pressure and beds were amazing! Great setup and decorated well. Only complaint security was a little over the top not just on us but experienced this with several other people I understand doing there job but you can do that without being rude. Location was perfect few steps from the beach not very crowded would stay here again!
