Welcome to Aquamarine, a gorgeous Orange Beach vacation home located in the brand-new, beach-front Ocean Edge community. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Aquamarine welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and a private community boardwalk just steps away.

Offering 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as an additional bunk area, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Aquamarine's features include a fully stocked kitchen and expansive seating to accommodate the whole family. With 8 chairs at the dining room table and 4 more at the bar, this Orange Beach vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal. Plus, little ones are top of mind with a highchair, booster seat, two baby gates, and a pack-n-play included with your stay. What's more, Ocean Edge offers a private boardwalk with dedicated beach access spanning over 300 feet of sugar-sand beaches.

Upon entry to the first floor of Aquamarine, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room overlooking the front porch with indirect views of the white sandy beaches and clear waters that the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for. The first-floor bedroom, appointed with twin bunks and a queen bed as well as an en suite bathroom, is also located on the first floor, along with a powder room right off the kitchen. A sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The second floor includes 2 king-appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and hallway bunk beds. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living area and every bedroom.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Aquamarine is best booked directly through our website. The Ocean Edge community allows up to 3 vehicles in the driveway of this property.

Great stay in a perfect location. This house was extremely clean and had everything you needed to have a great vacation. There were two families and we both loved our stay. Easy access to the beach and in a great location.

Great house with a great location

Nice modern house with super easy access to the beach and in a great central location. Even though there is a row of houses in front, you actually can still see the ocean somewhat from the property. The house was very well stocked, including plenty of linens.

Family Beach Trip

My extended family had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was a perfect distance to the beach and the community pool was only a few steps away. The house was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Orange Beach Vacation

Property was fantastic. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary utensils, pots and pans, etc. Conveniently located close to beach. Hose outside to clean off prior to coming into home. Only suggestion would be to provide an umbrella and a couple chairs for the beach. But you can rent as well for the large group. Additionally, provide a few more dishwasher pods for washing dishes during the week. Again, those are just suggestions. Fabulous location and communication was fantastic with property.

Great spot, beautiful house, unbeatable location! We loved our stay at this house. Great for hosting a good size group of adults. Lots of fun, easy access to the beach, near stores for food and supplies and nice amenities.

Great Beach Weekend

We really liked the area and the easy access to the beach! The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean and very nice. We left an item behind and the rental agency went and located it and mailed it back which we appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice stay

The house itself is beautiful and spacious. The beach access was so close and it felt very private and was not busy at all. Downsides- close to road which was very noisy at night for the back bedrooms, pool is on the small side, ocean is visible from front porch but houses block the view.

Very nice place! Stayed at Aquamarine house! New, fresh, clean plenty of comfortable beds for us all to sleep! Great location. Would definitely rent again. Only negative is upstairs hallway bunk beds have direct sunlight from windows shining in the morning and night lights at night. Really needs shades going up the stairs on those windows! Great Location & Beautiful Property

Perfect layout and lots of sleeping options. Great for kids and adults. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants as well. Very Clean and new!! Easy digital entry. We were even able to extend for an extra day!! We'll be back for sure!!

Perfect Girls Getaway!

This property is absolutely amazing! It was clean and easily accommodated 8 grown ladies. The furniture is clean and the home is spotless. Every bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach and much easier to navigate than a high rise. We will book again next year for our annual girls trip.

Great beach house

Bright & Airy on The Water

The vacation home was very nice. It was filled with light and furnishings were very appealing. The flow of the home great. The floors lovely. Of course, construction was ongoing, but not a bother for us. We liked that it wasn't crowded with guest. The beach is maybe 50 yards and if you sit in the right spot you can catch the gulf view as houses lay out front. The gulf breeze is nice. We enjoyed our stay and added an additional day. We certainly would stay again. Somethings to suggest constructively, housekeeping must be upgraded, it was hasty, and it showed. We paid too much to have things rushed through like that refrigerator needed more attention. House needed a good dusting, the supplies, glasses, plates, cookware definitely need to be upgraded, too cheap for the house, even if the properties are under development. Provide enough extra supplies as well. My husband was bitten by a venomous spider there, but luckily he's okay. I recommend a good treatment since everything is in building mode and the landscape wild just behind house. We would stay again. Look forward to it! Nice.
