Casa Dea is located in Poljane, a village at the foot of Učka. The house is situated on a hill, which means only one thing: sea view. With a 1000 m² garden and a shared swimming pool, there will be more than enough space for socializing and enjoying. Casa Dea has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.



The interior of this vacation home is 85 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is a living and dining area consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. You can enjoy your prepared meals at the dining table, next to which there is a sofa for 3 people. The sofa pulls out (190x140cm) and can be used as a third double bed. The room is small, but spacious enough for a small family or couple to enjoy a pleasant get-together. It is enriched with rustic ceiling beams and is further enhanced by the sea view that extends through the window. The room is air conditioned.



On the same floor there is a double bedroom. The room is spacious, bright and equipped with large wardrobes for storing clothes. There is also a desk - for working from home. Or writing. Who knows what else the beautiful nature surrounding the house will inspire you to do. On the same floor you also have a bathroom with a shower cabin.



The real star of the Dea vacation home is certainly the shared swimming pool with sea view. And a panoramic one. There is also a covered dining area, ideal for evening gatherings with food, drinks and guitar. And if you think it can't get any better, you're wrong - in fact, on the ground floor of the house there is a tavern with a wood-fired grill, a bar and a social area. The tavern has a separate entrance, so we can consider it as a separate living room, and considering that it is covered, you will be able to socialize there regardless of the weather conditions. All this sounds like an ideal place to relax to us and to you?



In addition to enjoying a constant view of the sea, Casa Dea will be an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions and natural beauty. The first beach in Ičići is only a 10 minute drive away, and nearby is the city of Opatija.
